try to google search. if you have unzipped the the file with the info inside the folder and it's the up-to-date mod. it should contain a bunch of .script files within the folder. just past the whole folder in in the mods folder. if everything is enabled in game settings it should work. nothing happens until you tell mc command center to do something. Does the item shows when you select interactions? if not, then there's a step that's you are not doing or there's another mod that's conflicting with MCCC. perhaps try to google that as well. I only have mccc, mc woohoo, UI Cheats, andrew poser player in my game. sometimes I'll have a couple of other gameplay mods that doesn't conflict with MCCC.
@@Nardvillain thank you! I’ll search and I’ll keep trying. Yes they’re all unzipped and I pasted everything in the mods folder. When I click on an item or on a sim there’s no MCC button at all. I also tried to put them one file deep to organize and then also tried to just put them just directly in the mods file but neither way worked. I also tested with other “script” mods and none of them show up either. I have other mods that aren’t “script” and they all work just fine even though I used all the same steps with them. It’s only the “script” mods that aren’t working for me even though I enabled the settings :/
@@R4r4Gamez so you enabled both script mods feature and the other mod feature in gameplay settings at the menu screen? it might also ask you to restart your game. make sure you do that as well. there are TWO mod features within game options you need to check for the mods to work. You know you did this right if the mods pop up box opens up when you open your game. if it doesn't, you can go into the game options and click on view mods or something like that and it'll show you what mods you have in your game. I also wonder where you are also dropping these files in and if your game is actually connected to that path. for example. my game storage goes to documents/electronic arts/the sims 4/. within that sims 4 folder -- i have other folders like: saves, tray, mods, screenshots, video, custom music, etc. if you have all these types of folders, then you are indeed pasting the mods into the right mods folder.
@@Nardvillain yup I enabled both. It was the first thing I knew to do. And the pop up list does appear when I open my game but it only ever lists the none-script mods. Again I used the exact same steps for all mods and they’re all in the same mods folder together. Like extreme violence mod for example is working fine. They’re all added the exact same way but just scrip mods never seem to work. Maybe it’s just my game or something. I restarted several times. And deleted and redownloaded everything several times too but still, only non-script mods are the ones working when I run the game. Thanks for the all info tho. I’ll just keep trying 🥲
@@R4r4Gamez Might be time to try a game repair and/or deleting the EA App cache? I also know there's something weird that happens with OneDrive, where you need to make sure your Sims 4 folder isn't syncing with OneDrive. It can mess up where the game is reading your files. Maybe that's it? Do you delete your localthumbscache.package file whenever you add or delete mods, as well as any LastException files in the main folder and in your MCCC folder?
EA should really be embarrassed by now. For years the modding community has been creating and providing HIGH QUALITY mods that replace, repair and in cases where EA has opted not to provide something, the modding community has forfilled those, to. Without them and all the talent, entertainment and quality work they provide players, sims 4 would most likely not have made it this far. Respect to the modding community! 👍 ♥
Just saying as an avid player for more than 20 years. EA not only gives you the cheats codes but encourages usage of them and mods to better enjoy your games. It’s funny you say the game wouldn’t have made it this far when just the Sims 4 alone has been out for 10 AND they just dropped a brand new expansion pack! The mods can enhance game play but EA get $39.99 for each expansion. They are making so much money on the sims 4 they are literally giving the base game away for free!! You should definitely check out your facts before keyboard vomiting in a RUclips comment section about a game you probably don’t even play.

i've been meaning to look through this mod forever but there's just so many options it gets overwhelming. thank you for this video though! i think now i need to get rid of my unlimited best friends mod since i can just use MCCC for the same thing.
I only recently started playing Sims for the first time and only got MCCC to increase household memebers, cuz I accidentally got more kids than planned and didn't have the space for grandkids, then one of my single neighbor/old family friends turned Elder with 4 kids in the house and I wanted to save them from the system and so I moved them all into my household, at the same time as my own sims got twins and now I have 4 babies, 2 todders, 1 kid, 2 teens and 4 adults, plus the elder neighbor, and it feels mild to say there's chaos.. I might turn the homework speed down, cuz the kids are doing all the cleaning and they ain't got time for school..
I have found with a lot of setting that tell you to restart your game, just restarting the save works. I exit to main screen and go back into my save and they usually set just fine. If you have the time, restart as directed by the mod but most of the settings u use work just by restarting my game file.
Question: Do these settings only for 1 game or across the whole platform? I am having issues with slowing down time. I change it, and it is back to default when I get back into the game.
Neither MC command center or UI cheats will work for me. I have the most recent versions, I extract the files and put them in, and they just don't work no matter how much I retry to do it. UI cheats screen will pop up and stuff, but nothing happens, and MC command center won't even pop up. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going wrong??
Did you enable mods? Did you get the prompt box at the beginning at the menu screen that shows your mods? Did you only copy the folder into the mods folder?

i didn't know about the homework progression. I really like the auto-pay bills and the customizable lifespans. I don't mess with dresser either, but i think maybe you can blacklist items from being randomly applied. The zone one is clutch to make the worlds feel live.
I don’t use the zone too much but I do have save files where I want more spawns at schools and bars. Yeah I’ll need to explore with dresser a little more

I’ve had sims for years, got way too many hours on it but as a visual learner your one of my favorite content creators you’ve helped me understand my mods wayyy better ❤
I know a lot of these. When I start a new family and there is a backstory, I use it to set skills and degrees, if needed for their career. I like to set skills manually though because a lot of the mods I use have skills themselves. Makes it realistic. Like a family of 5 shouldn’t have parents that don’t have some cooking skill unless it is part of the storyline I am playing. Teens and children, I let them skill up naturally. My pregnancies last 12 days in game. I have aging off and manually age up sims so I get to enjoy the pregnancy a bit. It also gives it a more realistic gameplay when I have to save money to buy a new home with the R|E mod since the home buying process takes time just like in real life. I will say this, if I take out every other mod, the only ones that will stay in my game are MCCC, Wicked, my food mods and BBB.
Look at you!! see --- you're on that supervillain level of gameplay! I love it! If I was only able to use 3 mods -- it'll be MC Command Center, Andrew Pose Player (don't really need it cuz of MCCC) and probably UI Cheats (even tho you can do most things but not all through MCCC). i really do find UI Cheats Extension mod helpful as well.
@@Nardvillain yeah I forgot about the UI Cheats mod… game changer. Sometimes your sims just need a pick me up and not a full bar depending on what is going on or what’s not working lol
I have it all good, and when I reopened the sims 4 it had the pop up that said it was installed, but it’s not showing in game. Please help me if you know what to do!!
I'm not sure, I think you have to pick a spouse for offspring purposes. Actually, there should be another feature in mc pregnancy. ill have to look. not too sure.

The worst thing is that I can't restore it to yesterday's version 💔 I just wanted to resurrect a sim :( Idk why is today's save the only version available, I don't understand how it works

MCCC is an awesome mod, but sometimes it is a bit confusing/overwhelming. Is there a way to adress the issue, sims keep their pyjamas all day after sleeping instead of changing into normal cloth?

actually ym.. ending a life of a sim :D won't work (as an animation) if the sim is off the lot. You can't also unlife Santa :D at all (don't ask why I've tried). Great and very helpful video!
did you enable scripts and mods in game settings? did you get a notfication pop up? if so, you should be able to get to MC Command center by clicking on a sim, a mailbox and a computer. also - you can put in MC_Settings in the cheat prompt command.
I couldn't figure out why my cats weren't aging up. I had animal aging checked in gameplay options, I interacted with them and still for nearly 2 weeks of gameplay, no luck. This mod helped me with that. I'm so grateful for it.
mc pregnancy never shows up when i click on a sim! i’m really trying to see how many babies my sim is going to have but that option is just not there for some reason
Do you exit out of the sims and its entirety? make sure you accept the changes first and then exit out the game in its entirety. once you open up the game again and go into that save file, the changes should reflect.
first of all thank you for this tutorial. I remembered some creat mcc functions bc of it. ‼️ But I think mcc just uses the one setting you have to change it if you want different settings in your current save everytime.‼️ The only thing I found was mc profiler with wich you can save more than one setting.
this was real informative, that setting the maximum number in the household, is that just for your house or can you set it for other NPCs' households also? I am going to try it - and thanks for mentioning what happens when you go into CAS after you've got more than 8 sims (vanishing) and how to get around that. I'd like to set more than 8 per household cuz there are a lot of sims that got a lot of room in their homes... plus I tend to make my own cc houses kind of roomy.
I think it might be part of Discover University or maybe get together. I saw that too but I never use it because I never see "bar fights" in my gameplay.
If you have cas.fulleditmode on, you should be able to within mccc and edit in CAs. If that doesn’t work you’ll have move that sim out and put them in a family with less than 8 and then you can go into CAs the normal way. Make your edits and then add them to the original fam
Hi, I'm having trouble seeing my MC command button. You know how it hovers over your Sims character. When you have your pointer mouse on the sim and when you click on your SIM. And it displays actions I can't find mines. And I don't know if it's because I didn't download the mod correctly or if my mod is just broken. I'm a new simmer when it comes 2 using custom content and modes. Please, please someone help me. I don't know what I'm doing.😅

Nard, I know this video is over a week old but hopefully you can answer this question. Is there any way to group move items from the household inventory to a Sims' inventory. I know that we can move a Sims inventory using this mod, but I want to know if we can do the opposite. I use basemental also so some of my plants end up in household inventory and to sell and that lucrative "produce" and buy it all over is annoying. Also placing the items on the ground one by one to move to my Sims inventory is annoying also. Great video btw and my plumbob is green today, but I have an annoyed moodlet because of this.
not sure about grouping but you can click on the auto select in build and buy. you can also select an item and hit enter and it'll take it to your inventory without dragging it when you're in build mode. i like using multi select on large items so I can sell them. you might be able to move them. Try multiselect! i have a video on how to do that as well. I think it's the hacks video. if not, let me know if you can't find it and i'll post the link in comments for you.
@@Nardvillain ok, tried it out and clicking and enter doesn't work with the household inventory. I have to drag each individual piece of produce, place it on the ground, go to live mode and then I can move it to my Sims personal inventory. Multi select definitely works with selling from the personal inventory and I can even multi sell from household inventory because after I click sell I get the pop up asking how many I want to sell. No option exists to just move multiple items from household inventory to personal. I know in MCCC you can transfer personal inventories between Sims(I don't even remember where it is). I thought that there was an option in there to do it with the household inventory and I just couldn't find it.

Glad I could help!! i was the same way a couple of years ago. when I discovered a few things with woohoo settings and pregnancy, it made me wanted to explore a little more. what helped me a lot was I created a save file that I didn't care about and just tested out different features.
hiya! I recently became a simmer and started learning more about the game including cheats, mods, cc and more. I have download mc command. I used the cheat to expand my household to 12. I restarted my game afterwards. when I go to modify, I notice there's no plus sign to add another sim. I tried using gallery to use an existing sim to add to my household, but it says I've exceeded to 8 even though I used cheat for 12 sims. am I doing something wrong? I wanna create another adult that is not related to family.
I took MCCC out of my game quite a long while ago because I was getting frustrated with it starting marriages and pregnancies for NPC sims once a week and couldn't figure out how to disable it, any ideas?
I never added MCCC even though I've known about it for years. I thought it would take up too much room. And yet I've been adding a ton of individual mods that this one mod would have handled. Now that I know about all the things it can do I need to figure out what mods I can removed once I load this in. Thanks for the info.
I enabled all that. Files aren't more than one file deep but still nothing. All normal mods work. Non of the script mods show up :(

Most of your MCCC settings will apply to that save file. so each save file could potentially be different based on the settings.

I like to set skills manually though because a lot of the mods I use have skills themselves. Makes it realistic. Like a family of 5 shouldn’t have parents that don’t have some cooking skill unless it is part of the storyline I am playing. Teens and children, I let them skill up naturally.
My pregnancies last 12 days in game. I have aging off and manually age up sims so I get to enjoy the pregnancy a bit. It also gives it a more realistic gameplay when I have to save money to buy a new home with the R|E mod since the home buying process takes time just like in real life.
I will say this, if I take out every other mod, the only ones that will stay in my game are MCCC, Wicked, my food mods and BBB.
Look at you!! see --- you're on that supervillain level of gameplay! I love it! If I was only able to use 3 mods -- it'll be MC Command Center, Andrew Pose Player (don't really need it cuz of MCCC) and probably UI Cheats (even tho you can do most things but not all through MCCC). i really do find UI Cheats Extension mod helpful as well.
@@Nardvillain yeah I forgot about the UI Cheats mod… game changer. Sometimes your sims just need a pick me up and not a full bar depending on what is going on or what’s not working lol

I don't have the pregnancy or tuner n idk why. I have all packs n dl on deaderpool. Those r the 2 I'd really use.
the mc pregnancy and mc tuner should be an option. make sure your mods are up to date and there's not another mod conflicting.

I have it all good, and when I reopened the sims 4 it had the pop up that said it was installed, but it’s not showing in game. Please help me if you know what to do!!

I'm not sure, I think you have to pick a spouse for offspring purposes. Actually, there should be another feature in mc pregnancy. ill have to look. not too sure.

If I could only have one mod in my game, MCCommand is it! Last time I tried the killing off of Sims, it kept killing my sim instead.

@@Nardvillain also i have wonderful whims, and in thoe settings im always turning off the headline effect, but each time i go into my game i have to keep turning it off, i had no idea that MCCC had that setting aswell, so now when i go into game i never have to turn it off, its always off, thank you so much for this video again

yup!!!! if you want to do those big 100 baby challenges, you'll definitely need MC Command Center,
So i downloaded this and unzipped them all n it pops up wgen i click the computer, but it wont do anything even after clicking on the computer or the sim.
With mccc - you have to tell it what you want it to do. Do you want to add traits or change a specific setting.

How do you increase max people in a household? I tried zone and Max members of houshold but in never worked

But shift clicking on sim. Or you can move that sim in household or they can be born into the family.

MCCC is an awesome mod, but sometimes it is a bit confusing/overwhelming.
Is there a way to adress the issue, sims keep their pyjamas all day after sleeping instead of changing into normal cloth?
HmmmZ usually my sim will adjust to the weather but only change into specific attire unless prompt.
Example, if they go outside, your sim should switch to every day or whatever season it is

actually ym.. ending a life of a sim :D won't work (as an animation) if the sim is off the lot. You can't also unlife Santa :D at all (don't ask why I've tried). Great and very helpful video!

did you enable scripts and mods in game settings? did you get a notfication pop up? if so, you should be able to get to MC Command center by clicking on a sim, a mailbox and a computer. also - you can put in MC_Settings in the cheat prompt command.
I couldn't figure out why my cats weren't aging up. I had animal aging checked in gameplay options, I interacted with them and still for nearly 2 weeks of gameplay, no luck. This mod helped me with that. I'm so grateful for it.

it's definitely a good mod to have in your game! this one and UI Cheats extension mod.
Whenever it says “reset game” i reset my game and it doesnt work. Am i doing something wrong or is it broken???
Do you exit out of the sims and its entirety? make sure you accept the changes first and then exit out the game in its entirety. once you open up the game again and go into that save file, the changes should reflect.
first of all thank you for this tutorial. I remembered some creat mcc functions bc of it.
‼️ But I think mcc just uses the one setting you have to change it if you want different settings in your current save everytime.‼️
The only thing I found was mc profiler with wich you can save more than one setting.

this was real informative, that setting the maximum number in the household, is that just for your house or can you set it for other NPCs' households also? I am going to try it - and thanks for mentioning what happens when you go into CAS after you've got more than 8 sims (vanishing) and how to get around that. I'd like to set more than 8 per household cuz there are a lot of sims that got a lot of room in their homes... plus I tend to make my own cc houses kind of roomy.
It’s for the whole save file. You’ll have to adjust this setting for every save file.

how do you enable bar fights? do you need a particular expansion for that? I haven't seen the option for that yet.
I think it might be part of Discover University or maybe get together. I saw that too but I never use it because I never see "bar fights" in my gameplay.

If you have cas.fulleditmode on, you should be able to within mccc and edit in CAs. If that doesn’t work you’ll have move that sim out and put them in a family with less than 8 and then you can go into CAs the normal way. Make your edits and then add them to the original fam

Hi, I'm having trouble seeing my MC command button. You know how it hovers over your Sims character. When you have your pointer mouse on the sim and when you click on your SIM. And it displays actions I can't find mines. And I don't know if it's because I didn't download the mod correctly or if my mod is just broken. I'm a new simmer when it comes 2 using custom content and modes. Please, please someone help me. I don't know what I'm doing.😅

Mods within game options? Are you pc or mac? Did you make sure you extracted the files ?

Nard, I know this video is over a week old but hopefully you can answer this question. Is there any way to group move items from the household inventory to a Sims' inventory. I know that we can move a Sims inventory using this mod, but I want to know if we can do the opposite. I use basemental also so some of my plants end up in household inventory and to sell and that lucrative "produce" and buy it all over is annoying. Also placing the items on the ground one by one to move to my Sims inventory is annoying also. Great video btw and my plumbob is green today, but I have an annoyed moodlet because of this.
not sure about grouping but you can click on the auto select in build and buy. you can also select an item and hit enter and it'll take it to your inventory without dragging it when you're in build mode. i like using multi select on large items so I can sell them. you might be able to move them. Try multiselect! i have a video on how to do that as well. I think it's the hacks video. if not, let me know if you can't find it and i'll post the link in comments for you.

@@Nardvillain ok, tried it out and clicking and enter doesn't work with the household inventory. I have to drag each individual piece of produce, place it on the ground, go to live mode and then I can move it to my Sims personal inventory. Multi select definitely works with selling from the personal inventory and I can even multi sell from household inventory because after I click sell I get the pop up asking how many I want to sell. No option exists to just move multiple items from household inventory to personal. I know in MCCC you can transfer personal inventories between Sims(I don't even remember where it is). I thought that there was an option in there to do it with the household inventory and I just couldn't find it.

Glad I could help!! i was the same way a couple of years ago. when I discovered a few things with woohoo settings and pregnancy, it made me wanted to explore a little more. what helped me a lot was I created a save file that I didn't care about and just tested out different features.

hiya! I recently became a simmer and started learning more about the game including cheats, mods, cc and more. I have download mc command. I used the cheat to expand my household to 12. I restarted my game afterwards. when I go to modify, I notice there's no plus sign to add another sim. I tried using gallery to use an existing sim to add to my household, but it says I've exceeded to 8 even though I used cheat for 12 sims. am I doing something wrong? I wanna create another adult that is not related to family.
Anyone else's not working? I click "MC Command Center" in game on either a sim or laptop... nothing happens... never worked for me

I took MCCC out of my game quite a long while ago because I was getting frustrated with it starting marriages and pregnancies for NPC sims once a week and couldn't figure out how to disable it, any ideas?
I never added MCCC even though I've known about it for years. I thought it would take up too much room. And yet I've been adding a ton of individual mods that this one mod would have handled. Now that I know about all the things it can do I need to figure out what mods I can removed once I load this in. Thanks for the info.
