If we surmise that Time Stall has the same graphics requirements as Portal and the intel iris pro 5200 runs at 70fps at the same detail as the Oculus Quest running Time Stall and then we compare the Oculus Quests Snapdragon 835 to the 855 (approximately 40% faster) then we look at graphics cards that are 40% more powerful than the Iris Pro 5200 (Nvidia GTX 980) we can assume that if the snapdragon 855 was in the Quest it would have been equivalent to an Nvidia gtx 980.
