This property was purchased by my grand father in the 1976 , from 1976 to till today we are living here .
KIADB aquisition was upheld in 2016 -2017 , there after 2017 - 18 , high court had given directions to maintain status - quo there after on 01/08/2022 high court gave orders to give compensation as per 2013 act . But KIADB didn't settle compensation and had filled W.P in high court against the order .
Such being the case , without notice or any court directions KIADB has demolished houses unlawfully .
We approached court on 25/01/2024 immediately about this , court gave directions at 10:40 to stop immediately but they didn't stop . Hight court at 1:00pm appointed police personally for this case n to communicate to stop immediately but still KIADB along with Mysore IT solutions goons continued till 3:20pm .
I was made preventive arrest at 8am without orders and was released at 2:45pm .
This is planned activity , ministers and KIADB officials are involved to destroy us completely and to leave us on streets .
Plz requesting media to help us .
