    That first guy's brain is so fried he can hardly talk. Why would the judge EVER release him on PR bond? Give him the opportunity to report to probation? He's given you MANY opportunities to report to probation, you have failed EVERY SINGLE TIME. The judge's good will is gone with setting you free and I don't blame him.

    The first guy is a frequent flyer, and the judge is good keeping him in jail. "Not getting the opportunity." - Yeah, nah.

    He sounds stoned on something. Why would anyone give him a PR bond? This is the most patient and compassionate I have ever seen Judge Fleischer. He improves the longer he is a judge which is not really surprising. People have to learn.

      Being softer and softer on crime doesn't make him a good judge

      @@ImThePrizeXY when have you seen him be 'soft' on crime? Just because he listens to what the defendants have to say to him and shows compassion to their situation doesnt mean he is soft, it means he cares

    • @ImThePrizeXY
      @ImThePrizeXY 2 месяца назад

      @demismith4646 if he cares why does he vote for a party that encourages victimhood mentality then shame defendants for acting like victims?

    • @demismith4646
      @demismith4646 2 месяца назад +4

      @ does the choice of vote negate his hours of court cases in which he shows he cares

      @demismith4646 defendant could always blame his conduct on a systemically ray sis America. Then what will the judge say?

    Give me the opportunity to present myself, report myself, and ask questions. AH AH, did you require the probation for me? AH AH, I'm asking AH AH to AH AH. He is doing such a fantastic job representing himself that he should have been Darrell Brooks's attorney.

    What crime did the teenager commit? And why do they get a pass on paying for the monitor when most everyone else has to pay for their way? But this little boy doesn't have to?

    • @demismith4646
      @demismith4646 2 месяца назад +5

      Watch more than one video of this judge and you will see that in alot if not most cases he waives the fee of the monitor because he understands that money can be a barrier for alot of people to do well. This teenager needed help, the judge waived the fee because it helps the parents focus their money on getting their son help
