A 3rm corner unit on the 2nd highest floor at block 35 was sold early-mid 2019 for less than 370k. This unit is mid floor selling for 500k, the potential buyer must be a carrot head to buy it at the asking price. Who would pay 130k for this renovation which isn't even that great. And most of the video is just talking about the interior of the unit, more like you're selling the interior design and the furniture/fittings. Are the furnitures included in the transaction?
There are Rich people (Not a carrot head) who might be willing to foot this price And of cos he has to promote the interior of the house, if not then promote the exterior like though the buyers going to stay outside the house.

The ID design is over done. Too much customized carpentry work. It's dangerous to have big pieces of mirror in the kitchen and it's difficult to maintain, especially if you are cooking often.
The noun storage can be countable or uncountable. The plural form can also be storages e.g in reference to various types of storages or a collection of storages which Adrian illustrated during the flat's tour.
It's only a three room HDB but it surely look confusing. Plus there's a lot of dusting to do with all the shelves and ornaments displayed

WAH BLOCK 30 MARINE CRESCENT!! I USED TO STAY THERE. WOW THE PRICE IS 10 FOLDS now MY PARENTS BOUGHT IT FOR less than 40K in 1988.
