- The Utah mom accused of fatally poisoning with husband with fentanyl-laced Moscow mule cocktails is set to appear in court for a preliminary hearing. Kouri Richins, 33, stands accused of murdering her husband, Eric Richins, by poisoning him with the "mixed" drink in March 2022. After her husband’s death, she went on to write a children’s book about grieving a dad’s death and even appeared on a local talk show touting her book. Prosecutors will call witnesses and present evidence they believe proves Richins murdered her husband.

I genuinely can’t understand why some people (narcissists) insist on going to trial when the evidence against them is so damning. She’s putting the family - including her own kids - through a trial where they will always be able to hear and see through the evidence exactly how conniving and cruel she is.
This judge has the best voice of all time.

Yes, we know. They are going to have an official trial because there IS EVIDENCE existing against Kouri Richins. Plus, the judge ruled the trial to begin.
This story has been out there in the media for a long time. I believe 48 hours among others. I'm sure people listening today have seen these and more. So I get why they are saying guilty. It is very overwhelming evidence. But I understand your point also
