Thanks mate. Done my required courses with USSF, including 4v4 online, 7v7 online, 7v7 in person, and about to try to do the 9v9 in person before applying for a D License. School coach and really enjoying it. I had no idea how much I would learn when I took the formal USSF courses. I recommend them to anyone who wants to coach their child's soccer team and do it justice!
@@jordonsoccertraining Thanks mate. Really appreciate it. Starting coaching a 5th grade team next week! Can't wait to apply the Play-Practice-Play, and with 4 assistant coaches, plenty of coaching depth to ensure we can coach-in-the-flow!
The USSF license is absurd, the former NSCAA was a lot better, for example a former professional player through the USSF can jump to a “C” level automatically while excluding non-professional players that have played just as competitively.
my question to you is if you are a coach in europe or the uk and you have a uefa A or B License is it possible to get a job in the USA or do i have to have us soccer coaching licenses
100% possible to get a job in the US. If you are looking to get involved in certain academies or professional organizations and they are requiring a USSF License (Unlikely) then there are exceptions that you can apply for to skip basic USSF License and start to earn the USSF equivalent of your current UEFA License...i.e. UEFA B start to earn USSF B...most clubs in the US or soccer programs will accept coaches with a UEFA license.
@@jordonsoccertraining thanks for the response I’ve seen a lot of jobs in the USA with these director jobs and would like to know what are the average salaries of these director jobs in soccer
A lot of factors...A few would be: - The state where the director role is - how large the club is regarding the number of teams - roles and responsibilities - experience of the candidate
Here you go: From the FA website learn.englandfootball.com/courses/football/uefa-c-licence Course prerequisites As places on this course are extremely limited, you must meet the following criteria to enrol: You must be actively coaching a group of players who regularly undertake training and play in organised or competitive fixtures. This is crucial, so you can be assessed on the key elements of the course and be eligible to complete the qualification You have completed Introduction to Coaching Football or The FA Level 1 in Coaching Football You have valid Introduction to First Aid in Football (previously known as FA Emergency Aid) and Safeguarding Children Course (previously known as Safeguarding Children Workshop) qualifications Best of luck my friend
Also, I think each country has their own requirements prior to getting on to the UEFA courses - germany might have DBF level 1 or 2 and France and so on...just need to check your local FA
