Super video, habe vor kurzem angefangen selber musik zu produzieren. Bisher bin ich nicht ganz sicher in welche richtung es gehen soll aber ich tendiere stark zu psytrance :)
Great video! Tbh I'm a walking paradox in terms of personality. I can be very cynical, wary of people etc and even my good qualities and openness with people can turn possessive, which is why most people avoid me like the plague, and probably for good reason. Ironically, with my music I want people to have a good time possive vibes and its going well. :)
Well, a lot of times you just “select” the people who fit your personality by being yourself. We don't need to attract everyone as long as we find our tribe 🔥 Positive energy attracts positive energy and vice versa!
Any advice on making happy bouncy beautiful proggy would be awesome! I can't seem to get away from making more dark and trippy mushroomy shit, but I wanna do morning proggy type, something beautiful and it just won't happen ;'P
I think it‘s mostly the scale and the sound selection. Try the major scale and look what sounds e.g your favourite artist use and search similar presets.
@@Psiger I try to synthesize all my own sounds, so presets are like a cheat code for me, but I'll try some shortcuts in the spirit of learning more than just synthesis ;) Thanks!
Bro almost all pros use presets and samples. Besides you plan to do Forrest or something where sound design is 90% of the music, no need to do all sound design by yourself. You can be a great chef cook without needing a farmer ;) and if you don't find what you need you can still home-grow it.
Haha! I thought the only yellow thing in this room is an Ableton sticker on my Push 2, then I noticed a wee yellow button on my fairy light remote, then a yellow pencil.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Yes, it's crazy how much of what we experience is shaped by our focus.
