Até que enfim um casal do meu agrado nessa série. Valeu a pena assistir 18 temporadas dessa série para eu ver surgir essa relação e casal que me agrada e que realmente é um relacionamento adulto e recíproco. Melhor casal até agora na série Heartland. Amy ❤ Nathan.
Happy for you & really wish I felt this way to make this hiatus more bearable! It's one of my least favorite couples, at least so far. If this is really the couple going forward I hope it improves (though I do love this scene so maybe it's finally getting a little better).
Amy and Nathan always there for one another even when things between then are not so great at the moment. 😊 That's how you know they truly love each other. Its sweet.♥️
for gosh sakes you two would you please get together as two people who like each other and enjoy life a little more and have fun for crying out loud!! when she agrees to get on the horse with him, her voice ("ok") his voice ("ok") and her facial expression is like that of a 16 year old girl totally reacting like: "I was hoping you'd not take no for an answer!" Then her very big smile on the horse, then her glace back as he rides away! Who hasn't felt those feelings before!! He's growing more & more as her "Knight in Shining Armor"❤
This might be one of the first scenes where I can actually really see his appeal. Her first instinct is still to give short answers / say she can walk back instead of accepting his offer but it is a good scene & kinda cute. (I prefer her with Caleb & still think it's ultimately leading to that so not giving up hope yet, but I am encouraged that I finally like something about Nathan/Amy. It's a cute scene and he was definitely at his best this episode. Thanks for sharing.)
@@marlenedufour4744 Open to interpretation but I completely disagree on what her eyes have been saying in the last couple of episodes. And she rejected Ty (and everyone else) initially too to protect their friendship so it's not as easy as all that. Things have evolved since 17x06 and she's finally starting to see that but the stakes are so high she also doesn't want to. Yes it's incredibly hard to watch Caleb get hurt but they've dragged this out wayyyy too long hurting him if it doesn't mean something eventually. And if it was never a triangle at all then why ask about teams? Why have Kerry do press with her instead of Spencer? We haven't gotten to the aftermath of her trying with Nathan / him trying with Ashley. We're still in the middle of the story and it feels like S2 when she and Ty were dating the wrong people. They were cute couples but not THE couple and it was temporary. She needs a stepping stone relationship to move forward and she's ready to try. It's a step in the right direction. But why have SO many looks with her and Caleb and show how deep his feelings are this whole time if it's just going to be shoved aside to send him back to Ashley (who probably won't stick around again - Cindy's usually pretty busy)? I want everyone to be happy but right now there's just too many mutually sad looks and the masks fall as soon as the other looks away. She was sad watching him leave multiple times in the finale (some are super subtle but definitely there). If it's just Nathan, she should have been THRILLED to see Caleb go off with Ashley after his earlier confession! The weirdness should be gone, she's not hurting him anymore, and things will go back to normal as best friends! She should be breathing a sigh of relief that he's going to be ok. Yet as soon as he turns away and lets go of her hand, her smile for him is gone and she watches them walk away sad AGAIN. Very similar to Caleb in episode 5 saying Nathan seems like a great guy and then walking away heartbroken once Amy can't see his face. The dialogue all season has suggested that she's actually fooling herself into thinking Nathan's the guy and ignoring every instinct to the contrary because he's there and wants her and she wants to move on. S2 Caleb all over again when Ty was gone for 4 months. It just doesn't feel like it's over yet. Way too many lingering looks and they've been more touchy-feely than ever in S18. They've gotten closer and closer, and it looked like she was softening to the idea the last couple of episodes before he told her about Ashley & Nathan finally stepped up. She's confused and wants to move forward/be happy again but that has always been a struggle so this won't be easy regardless. But there was NO point in all the lingering/sad looks, them getting physically a lot closer, seeing Caleb's repeated heartbreak over this when it affects NOTHING if she's not even upset about it, that has been built up this season etc, if it's all a non-issue swept under the rug and this is truly endgame. It's happy "for now" but Nathan being "first" tells me this isn't over. Caleb wasn't in the way of Nathan/Amy at all. Nothing has changed/been affected if it's all swept under the rug and they're back to square 1 of being best friends and with other people. It was never Caleb keeping her and Nathan apart which makes that entire 2+ season storyline pointless otherwise. It's Nathan who's keeping her from Caleb - for now. I'm 99% sure that they are putting Caleb into position to be the guy that she wants but they had to move him away from being comic relief / let him mature and get his life back on track first. He's already made great strides and she's definitely seeing that/starting to see the change in him by the end of S18. But he's still away / she's still distracted by the guy next door and it's not done yet. We had HOW many seasons of Mitch/Lou before she went back to the new and improved Peter? Amy rejected Ty in S1 to protect their friendship when they barely even knew each other. The stakes are SO MUCH HIGHER with Caleb and after losing Ty, she CAN'T lose him. She makes sure that he isn't saying goodbye in 17x08 but when she listens to her instincts telling her to walk away from Nathan in 18x01 she says "Goodbye Nathan" and hangs up the phone. She'd be sad sure (and she already compared him to Finn) but she can't lose Caleb. Risking their almost two-decade friendship (I'd have been happy for their friendship had they not given Caleb feelings at all!!) for a meaningless storyline going nowhere is a really DUMB move, especially when the only drama it creates is in the fandom watching someone we've loved for 17 years get his heart stomped on repeatedly. Amy was completely oblivious to it and Caleb took it upon himself to try to move on, thus it not really affecting anything unless it screws up their friendship which they have repeatedly not allowed. And I don't see Nathan being cool with Amy continuing to call Caleb her best friend, especially with recent feelings. She married her best friend the first time around. I'm sure whoever she marries would like to keep that title... Nathan finally stepped up in 18x10 but it shouldn't have taken me that long to see what she sees in him. It's cute (for now) if you ignore every bit of dialogue all season that strongly suggests she's fooling herself the entire time, but I don't buy it / can't ignore all the setup/callbacks surrounding Caleb and refuse to believe they put their amazing friendship at risk just to add meaningless drama that doesn't affect her at all one way or the other if they're just sweeping it all under the rug with everything being fine now/her oblivious to it anyway. I need it to make sense and right now it just feels unfinished. I'm fine with it for now (I liked Ty/Kit, and Amy/Caleb as temporary couples) but still think it'll be Caleb/Amy eventually. Glad Nathan is finally stepping up and that I actually LIKE some of their moments together for once instead of cringing/pulling my hair out that she's not listening to herself so I have way more hope that I'll enjoy the whole journey now but it's a marathon, not a sprint, and it's not over yet. So agree to disagree on what her eyes/face has been saying especially lately. Cause I had a LOT of hope for her with Caleb after seeing 9 & 10 and don't think this closed the door at all, despite the rushed ILY (first time she's said it since Ty - I imagine she'll have feelings on that later). And that happened AFTER she saw Caleb go off with Ashley which is reminiscent of 2x10 when Caleb steps up and tells her Ty and Kit are happy/Ty gave up on her too easy. She kisses him after that speech too. The seasons are just too short and if they're doing callbacks to S2, we're midway through that arc. They want to drag out Amy's love life for a bit cause they want several more seasons. This is not the end! And I seriously doubt they'll put her with Nathan, ditch him for Caleb, and then go back. Been there, done that with Lou, and it WOULD destroy the friendship that we've watched build over the last almost 20 years. Much more satisfying to have her struggle with her feelings, realize she was too scared/fooling herself to risk what obviously means so much to her, and then finally accept that every time she described what she wanted from Nathan, she was actually describing Caleb (and ignoring every time Nathan basically said that's not him...) I know it's hard to think Nathan might not have really "won" and that changing her mind now would be a "sudden change" but the setup is all there. It's just very subtle and they haven't been telegraphing it much except for an abundance of dialogue, callbacks, looks, and way way way too many domestic-coded scenes all season long with Amy/Caleb (including pillow talk) that are "supposedly" going nowhere...
@ we will see, all I want it’s the happiness of Amy, but I don’t think she was sad to see Caleb and Ashley together, she was sad to see all the people in love, her sister, father and grand pa, at this moment she felt so alone. I really hope we are going to have a season 19 😊😊
@@marlenedufour4744 At least we can agree on most of that! I definitely want them all happy eventually and for it to continue on for many years to come!
