US Ghost Adventures, the same company that bought The Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast, is considering buying The Maplecroft. My friend and I would like to film there before it possibly gets bought and commercialized.
I don't think they'll ever buy this house. Neighbors aren't keen on having another haunted B&B in their neighborhood. This is why it hasn't already opened.

At 33:19 it occurred to me that the male voice was saying, "Who is this?", which I believe is what the female voice on your first visit said, "Who is this?".
It's kind of too bad that it could open up to too many groups because my understanding is that it started out as a fairly pristine atmosphere when it was just a residential, private house, or even Mister Dube and his office. All kinds of spiritual stuff will go on in there as soon as more people go in. If you're looking for Lizabeth Borden, then it'll be pretty damn hard to find her.
