Dahab - Blue Hole - The Arch - June 2024

- This is a short impression from one of most magical experiences under water. This was a dive into the Blue Hole in Dahab with a swim under the Arch. There is no commentary, as there are really no words to describe all the emotions that go through the heart of any diver in this place.

Thanks for posting. We decided not to go this year due to the issues in the ME. We hope to go again next year. It looks like they have not replaced the ropes between the posts by the steps. That made it a lot easier to get in. I think that they should have just welded hand rails in there. What dive shop did you use for support?
I went with instructors from Circle Divers Tec from Sharm but we used Scubaseekers in Dahab for logistics, such as transfers and ground support. We did not rent any equipment other than stage tanks.
As an expert diver who just finished his open water course,, that was awesome 😂❤
Maybe shoot a video of this dive again after some proper bouyancy, streamline and especially trim skill training.
Maybe you go there and „show me” how it is done?
@@ernestjedrzejewski8632 I've done the blue hole arch and canyon both 6 times in the past. Unfortunately I have not been to Dahab for the last 10 years.
However I do spend some four months per year in Egypt tekdiving.
Great that you have an open mind towards extra training focusing on bouyancy, streamline and trim.
Come to Thomas reef canyon next week 🙂
