Soon after booking, the venue was shifted to Delhi because of the COVID restrictions in Singapore, also at the same time, my mother got severe back pain for which the doctor advised her complete rest. Although on the airlines' website it said non-refundable, I got the entire amount refunded after I contacted their customer care via email and share the doctor's prescription.
