for me, the dashboard lights don't work, the gauges light up and the display but the numbers don't. then after a while they flash and turn on. Could this problem be caused by this error?

I was soldered once, it didn't help, the processor was soldered and it worked

Yes. Sometimes you need to reflow the MCU.

Can you imagine if they engineered airplanes so that if an instrument goes bad the engines shut down and you can't restart them😢
