@@superjare23 so i ended up changing out the pcie cord for the gpu, that worked, and the scan also helped stop the freezing when gaming. Thanks bro🐐

A lot of the problems I see people having are overheating ones. This is what I'd recommend. If none of these steps work try opening your PC and dusting it out. If you have a laptop I would go into BIOS and change the fan speed settings from Normal or Quiet to Turbo. You can/should do this with your PC too if cleaning it out doesn't work. It may get loud and if that is the case you could open your laptop and dust it out and see how it runs. If the overheating continues purchase a new fan for your PC/ CPU Cooler (Definitely if you have the stock cooler) or for laptop purchase this that will run you for about $30 and works great. at keeping your temperatures cool.

I built a new pc (Ryzen 5 3600x, 2060 super, x570e asus). My pc freezes after I quit a game, it works great while playing, the temperature stays in between 5o to 60 for CPU and gpu around 40. Don't know why it happens. Doesn't happen while playing CS GO. Help please.

@@superjare23 I tried some of them and my thermals are staying low. Also, I figured it was the Razor Synapse feature that tried to optimize games. What I learned: Keep your PC simple. Thank you for your suggestions :)

My laptop was freezing in DoTA 2's main menu if I kept it on for 5 mins now after cleaning and deleting those files it works fine and I have a external fan which keeps my lappy cool. Thanks man time to get out of LP.

I don’t have a great PC but it’s good enough to run games like league of legends or Minecraft supposedly. But no matter what game I play it would freeze like 10 secs at a time randomly and it gets really annoying at times. Really hope this works!

When i play dead by daylight the game always freezing for like 3 minutes when im in game playing
That sounds like an overheating issue. Have you clean the internal of you computer lateley? Check in the BOIS for fan settings and increase the speed and certain temps. There may be presets.
@@superjare23 yeah maybe, i mean it happens to every game. Maybe the hard drive is broken, damaged or something, i tried every solution on youtube and reddit well none of them work.
Oh yea i use laptop, it is possible to change the laptop hard drive?
@@HaritsRazan I literally just did today, but first like I said go into BIOS and see if there is a Turbo option. That's how I fixed a friend's laptop with the same issue

I tried like 30 different solutions before I fixed my issue. Turns out the video card was overheating, and I solved it by adjusting the fan curve in EVGA Precision X so that it ramps up the fan speed faster as the card gets warm.
Yep, That is mostly the problem when people are having problems that these do not fix.

I know i am writing 11 months after video, but i have seen you are reading comments. My pc freezes randomly and only i can do is restart or shut down pc on case button. Mice and keyboard doesn't work. I Will try all of this, but if it will not help, do you know other causes? Max cpu temperature when i play gta 5 is 70 degrees, that is not overheating.

Well, my PC keeps randomly freezing. It doesn't matter if I play anything, it just happens. Then it's frozen and won't run again, until I press the restart button.

When you open command prompt run it as an administrator by right clicking it and clicking "run as administrator"

I’m using a Legion 7i Slim from 2020 with the 2060 SuperMax Q and i believe my laptop is over heating , im using a cooling station as well . But I don’t know how to get into the bios for Legion I haven’t found anything on RUclips or google to help . My laptop keeps crashing only when I play a game . And I have tried all the above steps .

For example I have Roblox on then I minimise it then go on google then I go back on Roblox and I see that it’s not responding. I'm actually a computer tech. Computers only really ever freeze from overheating - occasionally it might be software but not often.
Software is a popular cause nowadays at least from my experience. I cannot speak for everyone.

So I haven’t tried any of these solutions but I’m going to, anyways I think I might be low on ram, I only have 16g but my pc is really smooth and I get good FPS and ping but whenever I’m playing a game it will just freeze like every 30 seconds

It was just something wrong with the internet it had a hard time connecting to my pc
I bought like an antenna thing for my pc and it fixed the issue

Im currently having an using where i can load i to my games, and play like anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour before my PC just freezes, my RGB lights stay on, fans continue to spin, but im unable to move my mouse or close out of the game. Ok so I'm brand new to pc gaming and I'm going through these steps. I'm trying to launch Halo Online (or Eldewrito) and all that will happen is a frozen screen will appear, it's before the menu options show and it's only one shot of the background which is supposed to pan across a landscape. Any advice or any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm just tryna play Halo on pc man :'( I have a fairly beefy rig too so I don't think it's the issue

@@superjare23 not so far, I launched Halo MCC and haven't had any problems yet, but then again it's not fully installed. I also don't have the best signal from my router at the moment. I went through these steps and I haven't made progress, it was probably good for the rest of the pc though so thanks for this anyways

when i play example vise minecraft or pubg. if i drop like 10 fps i get stutters and freezes. i have capped my fram limit at 135 at my 144hz monitor and i have a rtx 2070 super and Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz so i dont understand why i get these frezzes and stutters. i would realy appreciate some help if you have time :)
Whenever I play a game it freezes after 5 minutes of use, I have updated all my drives and there are no viruses. I have also done the memory scan and it's all good. Thermals are also good. I don't know what to do please help me

I’ve had my graphics card crash on me and I’ve brought it back to life with a hair dryer. I’ve been trying to play dayz and i launch into the server through dzsa launcher, and everything looks fine-i get a solid loading screen, theres no errors, and the game looks great. Then, about 10 seconds into me playing the window freezes and my whole computer is frozen THE END

recently i bought a new pc. so ofc the first thing i did was download windows and after that everytime my pc was turning on for like hours or minutes. i dont know why but ye then i found an option which is fast start up and now it turns on in seconds but still sometimes it goes for hours and thats not the only thing sometimes i have small freezes when i play games and they happen often and it also happens when i watch youtube or netflix and rn im just straight up micro freezing all the time and i cant even watch the video because the sound is so laggy.

What color is the screen? Did you try my optimization guide? That may help. If not it may be a physical problem. Give me as much info as ylu xan so i can diagnose it.
@@superjare23 I replaced my GTX 970 with a GT420 and the crashing stopped XD, so it was definitely my GPU. So I plan to build a new PC. *To anyone who may have a similar problem* what I did for boe is clean up all the ecces dust inside the GPU, underclocked my settings to minimum ok n MSI afterburner and put a housefan on my pc to keep it cool. The crashing stopped for now.
