I think the first promo hinted at a few things behind the comedy. So I can see that. I'm just hyped to see Dijo back.
Usually any Indian who visit foreign country when asked where he/she is from answers "I am from India", Malayalees say "Malayalee from India" or simply say "From Kerala" as Kerala is different country which it is not. Also Malayalees have this brotherhood type unity outside Kerala, have a 6th sense to recognize another Malayalee, these are all memes on Malayalees.
