It gives connection but 2 minutes or 30 mins later it crashes and it's impossible to connect it to computer again. It is a problem of hardware or software??

@@TechnicalMushtaq2 Im using WiFi in the pc and another cellphone . I'm very disappointed of this cellphone, it's new and nothing on internet works. Also the hotspot setting doesn't show the hostpot time

#SandraMilenaSotoMarch please check you hotspot connection timeout,some mobile have 3,5,10 minute time,and you can see it in hotspot settings.
