Speed pain and Timelapse painting are so similar to me that I often switch between the two when looking for videos like this, though I agree that technically these are "Timelapse" paintings. Also, SO happy to see a new vid from you!!! Really missed these!

Ahhhh, so good to see a new video come up from you after so long! 🤩 I think I spy those Shiyoon brushes getting a workout during the sketching phase, though I hope the Stumpy Pencil brush still gets a look in every now and again. 😉 I notice you spent quite a bit of time going over the largest foreground rock during the rendering phase. What were your thoughts behind that as you were painting it? 🙌

Hi Laura, Would you share what screen recorder you use for your timelapse recording?
Damm. I missed little sketches vids 8 months , I thought you had sadly left yt , please keep up the time lapse if anything play it a little slower so we get an idea on the thought process and tools used for those still not Familiar with Adobe as this will be great for scene creators for animators and manga artists looking to create new works

I usually will look up "Speed Paint ____" instead of timelapse, as, to me, Time-Lapses are a transitional process like a vlog or before/after videos.

U are an artist in animation industry
So do u draw thing or do u draw and do animation to that character or scene as well??
I want to be an artist I m science graduate but my heart is in to art I draw pretty well and I want to be an artist want to work hard to be an artist in 1 year but confused what to learn
Do I need to learn animation as well or drawing sketching and painting (digital) on photoshop is ok

Nope, Laura mostly does the visual development stuff in a production. If she's no doing that then she's maybe working on BG's in a T.V show, so she basically deals with designing and painting, she doesn't animate. Sure you can just paint if you like to, just like her, animating is not mandatory, I'll suggest you to watch and learn a lot about animation pipeline which is pretty easy then decide what you want to do, of course if you like it and than maybe just go for it...............Have a good day.
