I can't believe they had to drag that through a suburban neighborhood in DeKalb. How is that the best route from Mishicot to Bad Axe? I understand avoiding Chicago, but daaammn!
Saw one of those on the west side of the Illinois River, coming down grade with a VERY hard turn right to go north. Forgot the exact location. But turned to go over bridge and some idiot hit a State Cop car and what a mess, could only go east...
Thanks for the suggestions you have provided here.
Nice video but would have been better if he adjusted the squelch on the CB to get rid of the static...
How the F can you listen to that static all day?? adjust the squelch

Bad ass!!
Somebody forgot to remeasure their hgt, per G.E. rules everytime the tower is raised and lowered.
Lucky "Fred" or G.E. did not catch you guys.. lol
More than likely the stack was still higher than the load.
and 2 rr track on a very busy line..
Um take Malta rd not Route 38
How would I go about getting into this line of work?
I get paid a dollar sixty a mile at the end of every single trip
Do you have to contact the railroad before crossing?
Normally no. If there isn't very good visibility we have someone go a mile down the tracks in either direction to watch for trains.
rt 38 &23 south..
Good way to go broke
Piedad Stoffel that’s 1.60 a mile to the escort not the big truck.
