Great content love watching your videos just trying to get the wildcards for this deck need 7 common and 2 uncommon I think, new to the game so grinding daily to try get a deck together. Keep up the good work.
@@HelloGoodGame I'm in D3 with an upgraded RDW and have been struggling TBH. I played against this deck with the lurrus and it was hard to keep the fox dead.
@@HelloGoodGame I've played it for 4 days now and consistently get an average of 5 wins. It has no rares or mythics and solid as long as you don't fight mono white heal counters.
Been playing a vey similar deck for about 2-3 months (main difference: lurrus as the companion) and got to diamond with it pretty easily. 68% winrate in ranked for me! It's amazing for how easy it is to make with wildcards. Most decks I played against below high platinum ranks just had no answer for it whatsoever.
I'm pretty new on this, so I beg you pardon for my ignorance in advance. But i don't understan why he doesn`t play the Plain in 18:26. I can't also understad how the foxes attack twice in 19:03. Thanks a lot.

Still a solid deck. Did I miss the upgrade portion? I downgraded my version to this in order to see if the algorithm really misses it, but I wanted to know other than lands or possibly lurrus how you foresaw upgrading?
I did upgrade that deck with 3 Snare tactitian (a bit of control against nasty aggro), 3 Majectic mare (lifelink on the fox) and did even try with 3 Fire "eye" prophecy to discard the lands; but was not happy with it. Did cut the 4 Rescuers and 2 Healers to do so.
this is the best budget deck in standard. it's amazing, really. i've added situational cards that still have cycling like raking claws and coordinated charge. irencrag pyromancer is another great addition but it doesn't have cycling and is a rare. also, fire prophecy is another great card for this deck. yidaro is a rare (and you need a set) but it should work well with this deck, too. lurrus kinda sucked now because of the nerf. which is sad.
Played this a bunch of games in casual. The matchmaking algorithm is a joke, you're still going to be matched vs more expensive decks. The best part: doesn't matter. Just played 30 games with this (more data required though) and won 25. This deck is disgusting in BO1, I've won all 3 of the games where I had to mulligan down to 4 cards. Ridiculous.
Is this deck still viable? It looks really fun to play. Also, what were the upgrades you said you were going to suggest? I must have missed it. Loving all the videos. Old magic player returning and playing MTA Arena for the first time here.
It is still very viable. I easily rode it from mid gold to mythic this season. The winrate has slowed considerably in mythic, but that's mainly cause it dropped me in the top 10% of mythic when I ranked up and the wins were so easy in the lower ranks that I didn't really have to learn how to pilot the deck properly
@@JaMKrAzY no probs. Biggest tip I would have for you is not to flare too early. I usually try not to flare unless I have lethal in hand and playable, be it all at once or over a few turns. As for the upgrades, the ones I was seeing here that were supposed to be added at the end were lurus for some graveyard recursion and the shock lands, though the new cycle of dual lands from strix would probably work as well

its good to go until this fall, so you'll get a good 6 months out of it. Just add Lurus as a companion and swap in rare shock lands to upgrade it to the current meta.
i remem ber the first time i went up against this deck I was so confused cuz I forgot zenith was a thing then I got crushed. also I run a slightly different mana base, 4 triomes of red blue n white n 4 fabled passages and a few other differences so I can cast all the cards if I need em
Yea, this deck works! Secret is the algorithm notices no rare or mythic cards. You get matched with like "power" decks in error. I made a video of my own. One Scoop and one to the dome matches. What do guys think about the algorithm theory?? Reapensol
I've honestly abandoned the theory that deck strength matchmaking occurs in play (casual) either. Even when I've had to use one of the beginner mono/dual colour decks to complete daily "cast 30 x colour spells", I get matched against ridiculously expensive decks. No different with this deck, not getting any decks even close to 0m 0r.
Mill Decks Hate Him!!! My god, I was literally 1 life away from a loss in my diamond game, I just managed to drop the final fire mana for the Zenith Flare and tanked him for 32 HP
So the norns decided to share some good matchmaking and shuffler variance with me... Climbed plat 3,2,1 and half of diamond 4 with this deck. Since last night when I equipped it I have gone 26-5.
How are u destroying diamond ladder with this I tried same deck as urs card by card and all I get matched up with is burn and Aggro with life gain I’m not bad player this deck is simple to play . But it seems it relies heavily on the fox .. so please stop the lies what is ur secret
I don't know what you're talking about with this deck destroying diamond. I just went 1 and 21 with this waste of time. And the only win I GOT was someone scooping before we started playing. I was either getting no lands, or I was getting nothing I could play for the first 3 turns. I have NEVER seen a deck perform more poorly, and my personal motto is "Never Gettin Outta Platinum" so I've seen decks perform like shit before. But this deck? I could have won more matches slamming my balls in a drawer instead of playing this piece of crap.
strange since i can hold such a decent win rate with it, other people were playing this in top 1000 mythic today as well soo im not sure what to tell you... I hope you have better luck with your next deck lol
@@HelloGoodGame Well then the shuffler/match maker must work different in mythic, because for every 1 I manage to squeak out as a win I have 11 that are losses either through land not showing up, or if it does I have 2 mountains and a hand full of white cards, or vice versa. Hell it seems like the only time I draw a fox on turn 1 I'm facing mono red, and it's dead before I can cycle. Of it's just me having these issues I don't know, I do know I've played AGAINST this exact deck quite a few times over the past week, and it DEMOLISHED me, so I don't know what to do. All I know is I get so sick of SEEING the deck run over me like a truck, and then getting a mud hole the size of Texas stomped into my ass whenever I try to play it. It is really discouraging to see it happen every time I play.
@@mastertwitch1 Same here man! Every time I use this deck the matchmaking puts me in the worst matches possible. Also, my opponent seems to always have the best cards to beat my deck. It doesnt matter if he is using a monored, control or whatever... It seems that the game doesn't want me to have any fun at all. Quite disappointed since i built this deck based in some awesome matches I found on RUclips...
I haven't gotten past plat 3 with this deck yet, and have played quite a bit with it. I have climbed to plat with the free Boros deck provided by the client. It's all just luck of the draw.

Upgrades for this deck are dropping two of each land and adding Sacred Foundry. I also like a one or two of Soul- Guide Lantern for the mirror.

Why not play the stinger in the third game? Wouldn't you have been doing at least one damage to face when you cycled?
