Hey there MRSEALYP, in regards to the flour when you change the mode, they would all change because they all produce just the one product flour, you don't get different flours for each one, like wheat flour, barley flour etc etc, it's just flour, same thing with the rice it's just rice flour so I would think that's why they all change to selling distribute or storage, because it's not individual flour, that's what i think anyway
Regarding names of things in FS. I have a feeling that a lot of stuff is badly translated from German. Not complaining, just pointing it out as a way of understanding why there are "Rice Bags" instead of what we in Australia call Rice Cakes. The one that does annoy me a little is "Lines" as in skip lines... I worked on a farm for 4 years in my younger days and I never once heard them referred to as lines. They were always called rows. Not sure if that is an English language thing, or an Australian regional thing. But it is a thing. Thank you sir, love your work.
The rice Bags vs rice cakes I think is just a typo that annoyingly got through QA. In the prices graph, they are called Rice Rolls. The pallet calls them Rice Rolls. Only in the production menu are they called Rice Bags, which is extra confusing because there is another production called Rice Bags that IS actually a bag of rice.
This was a great overview and thanks for mentioning new players. 90% of the creators seem to speak only to an audience with FS experience. Very often they say what to do next, but not why pr give it context. There's a ton of processes and terms to learn and many (almost all) of them are unique to agriculture.
Regarding output mode - the UI change is made to confuse. In FS22 you would change the mode on the right side for the actual product (i.e. flour in this case). Now, since it has been moved to the actual production view it will still change flour as a unit for distributing/storing/selling. If there had been "wheat flour", "oats flour" and so on, it would have let you change it independently. In regards to your earlier "more output from greenhouse if using 1 vs. many at the same time" or other productions split between different products. Greeenhouses - real world condition will have you limited on space, i.e. 8 planter boxes. 8 boxes of chili gives more then 2 of chili, 2 of garlic, 2 of onions and 2 of strawberries. Productions - lets use a bottling factory as base - again limited on space in the building - say you can fit conveyors and bottling machines with a total throughput of 10k bottles an hour. Now you could use those 10k for 1 product, getting 10k of said product through each hour, or you could split those 10k over several smaller batches to get a few thousand of each product. Most, if not all of Giants factories behave like that to more or less simulate real world conditions as much as possible. When mods start showing up that realisms will be up to the discretion of the modder to aim towards "realism (shared throughput)" or the "internal black hole of infinite space for production lines/planter boxes in a tiny shed/greenhouse"
To be fair. I want to see Console Perspective, your test, your results, your gameplay, I don't care FC, we are here for you, for console gameplay, not for PC gameplay.
Just so everyone's aware no you cannot send off a pallet of rice saplings to Goldcrest Valley and think you're gonna earn 6K, what MrSealyP hasn't realised is that a pallet of rice saplings is not 1000 L. The price shown is per 1000 L, the litreage of rice Sapplings is extremely low. They are basically worthless. They are only useful for producing the seed you need and that's it. He doesn't know because he hasn't tried to sell one.
@@MrSealyp no need to apologise you do a fantastic job. You're not gonna catch everything just didn't want lots of people getting their hopes up thinking they're gonna be rich by selling rice saplings 😂
This is petty I know - but as someone who works in a rice mill it bugs me that the rice is already white when harvested, in real life harvested rice needs to go through 2 different milling stages to become commercially desired white rice (1st stage mills paddy rice to brown rice by removing the protective paddy shell - 2nd stage removes the bran layer from brown rice to expose the white inner layer)
thanks for this, it's a pity you don't dig out the rice fields but draw them... seems very lazy on their part to me, I would have preferred a tool to dig them.
Can you create a rice field over an existing field? For example if i buy land which already has a field on it can i go over that field and turn it into a rice field?
i cant load my rice planters i have tried leaving the seedlings on the ground in front and behind the planter i have had the seedlings lifted slightly in front and behind then over top and it will not prompted to load it
Wrong the pallet is no 1k so not worth 6k!!!!!. Been watching for years first time I know something you don't 😂😂 love the content keep up the good work
FC and I are very good friends. To be fair, he had the game almost a week before I could begin looking at it and I was asked to look at rice from a console gamer's perspective. You are free to watch whomever you wish.
I goofed with the statement about the price for rice sapling pallets as they are not 1000 litres... SORRY!
@@MrSealyp No worries just wasn't sure if you knew about it
Hot 🔥 tip. Use the field as a water source for water tanker to fill the greenhouse. Saves all those trips to the sea or water tower.
My bad 36 mins is mentioned

If you put fertilizer in the seeder, it will be fully fertilized after planting rice.
You can begin planting immediately after beginning flooding.

@@MrSealypI installed several polytunnels of rice saplings thinking I’d discovered some hack 😅
I saw on Driver53 video that if you lower the placement height by 1 you get a flush field edge no ridge. 😉
It’s all good sir we all need a recap every once in a while … plus it removes brain fog on some .

From what I have found i have plowed and or cultivated than lime and fertilize plant and after 1st growth use a sprayer.
Please revisit rice saplings pallets on selling you might find that price is for 1000litres and saplings pallet is not 1000L
I call them Rice cakes, a good snack. good video.
looks like the mulch is were the stuff comes from after you harvest its the stuff chopped up and spat out

The additional sounds of the machinery and trailers were cool for the first hour or two, but after a while they get repetitive.
You should do a Tour video of Each FS25 Maps now that they been Release officially.
He did already
😂

Wet rice only use 1 ferti state not 2 like normal crops.... and dont need to be mulched

Easy hack use the water container in silo extension bang free water
Good Morning Mr.SealyP, I hope you’re having a great Friday. Thanks for your time making all these Videos… ✌️🚜🍁
Well, I guess I will be doing rice next lol
How do you get pallets to appear next to your greenhouse
That's how they work. They grow and once there is enough of any given product, the pallet spawns next to the greenhouse.
Go back and look at rice samplings. Those pallets are not 1k
An easy mistake to make, sorry. There was a lot of information that I was trying to get across.
@ easy to do. That one is deceptive.
So was happening with the mods and the 2 maps that come out Tuesday for fs22
Nothing? FS22 is a dead game now
Check LooneyFarmGuy for fs22 mods. He will be doing those until they stop coming out. As far as maps Not sure if anyone will continue those.
@@greenfarmer6259 not true, enough people stay on there until mods are there for 24

It certainly seems to be.
thanks for all the videos you do they help me mentally I play on PlayStation five also
Still getting terrible graphics when turning the camera on PS5, causing eye strain, unable to play the game.
Same here pal, I found that after a while it clears up but not totally, hopefully these texture issues will be sorted in a patch
The new sounds are great but no reflections in the water for consoles is a massive disappointment.
I don’t think you ramble I like listening to you
So again I go to watch farmer cop video, I don,t need to watch this then.
