Square Body Chevy Cab Corner and Door Replaced

I hung a new door on the driver side so I can return to having door handles instead of the shaved doors I got the truck with. Since I am welding in the cab corner I wanted the door hung to be able to set the gaps correctly and make sure the contour aligned between the body and door. Sorry I don't show the whole process of cutting out the old cab corner and doing the rocker work, but I started the job over 2 years ago and just now finished it up.

Well it's not a 55 but I enjoyed it. What I thought was a great improvement was that you took your time and showed all of your work. Time lapse and music is great if you want to dance but that's about it. People won't get bored. Keep up the good work and hi to the family.

Good to see ya back . Congratulations on the new addition to the family. I’m not a square body fan at all but if we were all the same it would be a very boring world . You’re doing a great job keep it up .

I liked the video on the repair of the cab corner it showcased some real nice welding. I really dislike shaved door handles. They may have their place on certain hot rods but I generally dislike them. Just my two cents which is probably not worth two cents.
