Great question! Yes, the "Help me write" feature in Google Docs uses the same large language model (LLM) as Bard. The LLM is called Pathways Language Model (PaLM)

You need to be in an organization to be able to join and given access to it.

Not really. Follow the tutorial. Use a VPN and connect to a US server and you will be able to use it. I enabled it on my personal account
