5 packs cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon black walnut flavoring
5 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon all poupose flour
baked on 300 for 1 hour and 5 minutes
crust
1 1/2 finely chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons of butter unsalted
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon all poupose flour
Bake on 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
Walnut icing
1 1/2 cup whole walnuts lightly chopped
6 tablespoon butter unsalted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
I can gain 5 lbs by just watching one of Chef Charles' videos, lol.
As a chemo/radiation therapy patient, this is very important, because it destroys your appetite.
I have been recommending this channel to the other patients, too.
It makes me want to eat, and this is critical for survival, so this is legitimate therapy.

MY MOMAW AND PAPAW HAD A BLACK WALNUT TREE IN THEIR YARD. I GREW UP ON BLACK WALNUTS. US KIDS GOT TO CRACK THEM WHILE MY MOM, AUNTS, FRIENDS SAT AROUND AND GOT THE NUTS OUT OF THE HULLS. I MISS MY CHILDHOOD. IS BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES!!!!

I’ve made plenty of cheesecakes ever since I’ve gotten my KitchenAid & to my surprise, they always turn out beautiful & delicious!! They turn out even better when I use those scraper paddle beater attachments.
A Hand Mixer will still work well but, these Stand Mixers sure work their wonders in cheesecakes in my opinion!!
