Robust base plate: it can be easily cleaned, even in the dishwasher. Of course it is also waterproof. It has no edges and is flat so that you can place the cake safely on it. It also has two large recessed grips to prevent it from tipping over when transported by two people.
Frame parts: The set can be extended in height piece by piece with 145 mm high frame parts. Simply insert the parts into each other and lock them in place at the reinforced corner joints. The SET contains 4 frames, which gives you a maximum usable height of 4 x 145 = 580 mm. If you want to build it a little higher, you can find more frames in our shop.
Cooling attachment: the special cooling attachment allows cold air to circulate and traps moisture so that it does not drip onto the cake.
Cooling pack: an extra large cooling pack (temperature level -12 °C) is placed in the cooling attachment so that the cold air can crawl down onto the cake from above
Lid: The tightly closing lid provides the best insulation if you do not need a cooling attachment.
