try using one and place 2nd in docking station and see if that connects, if dose perfect then hookup 2nd one in your ear to see if auto picks up. if this do not work, contact Mpow customer service they are quick and fix or replace.
Thanks for answering but when I leave one in the box and the other in my ear it works, on the other hand when I take both to listen to twin mode only one and taken into account as if its staying block in mono mode it's that and a little frustrating.

Want to love these earbuds so much. I've got two pairs, both do the same thing. Only one works, both show up as separate devices and no solutions found online seem to alleviate the problem. Tried pairing to different phones, tablets, Nintendo Switch... Same issue. It's like it gets to a certain amount of usage and then starts doing it more and more. Complete bollucks. I'll stick with my Skull Candy, though the sound isn't as good and when you only need one earbud, it better be the left one, because the right one depends solely on the left one being disconnected from the charging pod.
I managed to reset mine. You basically press and hold the touch flat bit. Then tap them both at the same time 5 times. Make sure you unpair both first otherwise this won't work Worked for me. I was almost gonna through them 😂

yes, but make sure you have atleast 2 dots lit up, that means how much your docking station have.

Try Manual Pairing
My case is flashing after putting in the ear buds flashing white why?
Pairing on always flashing white.
If needs charge sometimes it is flashing white.

at 8:35 we have shown how loud it can get, with sound meter, if it hits 85 and over i am sure you can not hear outside.
