Hope your feeling better soon, Kelli. New lot looks absolutely beautiful and how nice to have two sides where you will not have neighbors. The lot is going to be "The Cats Meow!"........ and the envy of everyone.
Nice looking lot. The layout is so important to get right, glad you are taking your time determining what will work best - now and any future plans you may have. Not your first rodeo! Looking forward to see it all come together!
Hope Kellie is feeling better by now. I can tell you guys are so excited about this planning stage. World is wide open for possibilities! It’ll be great to watch your dreams come to fruition! Take care!❤️~W
Well that was amazing driving alongside you two today! Knew it was you immediately! We got on the 90 at St Regis and there ya were! Just watched this episode last night too! Safe travels!❤
What a beautiful place! Can’t wait until it’s all finished. I love Super Cs myself. Sorry to hear both of were sick. Glad Jim’s feeling better. Kellie I wish you were too! I will pray 🙏 you feel get well soon! Nice meeting Daniel who is helping you. Beautiful scenery. Love the trees you’ll have on your property. Love you both and have a great week and weekend. Get well soon! 💜💜
Hey there, why not grab a pencil and doodle your dream outcome on paper? It's a fun way to make things easier and save yourself from running around like a headless chicken. Sending lots of love and laughter your way! 🤣💕
Putting the pad next to the house you'll put in and then you can use the pad area as a garage. Back in in or pulling would put you on the street the opposite way at the angle you want to driveway to the street. On utilities, it might be useful to add an electric plug in for an electric or hybrid plug in for the Future. I am going to keep a watch on the new electric cars coming out with the RUclips channels that test them and give info about all the specs. Between charging speed to battery size, a few aren't being recommended to buy. Would you like to have a fully charged car when you stop at RV parks or boom docking. You have the car on the truck, so why not charge one while you drive. Only a gas station would be used for the truck.
All good ideas Aaron, but so far we're not impressed with the range of electric vehicles. They're going to have to improve dramatically for us to consider, but who knows what the future might hold.
When laying out & trying to visualize options like this, I’ve used a couple orange or yellow garden hoses. The lines can easily be seen from aerial drone shots and changing their positions allows visual confirmation as your ideas flow.
If you get a park model can you set it beside the 50 foot pad so you have it in front of the park model? It would make snow clearing easier and a nice spot to sit.
That wetland area, mosquitoes love that too! Can I assume, this would be an exit to traveling, but only in the summer? Its hard to imagine snow birds putting down roots in Montana, year round.
Yes, this is part of our long term planning. We want to build it for any RV we may end up with and when we finally hang up the keys we could put a tiny home on the lot for summer use.
Why do you need to shut down the trail to through your property? You enjoy those types of trails.cant you put up a gate? With a sign, private property? Stay on trail and close gates?I have seen it done elsewhere. How many acres do you have? Can the trail be moved to go around your property? Just curious on how that works
Alot of plotting things out depends on wind and weather.will the snow be blown towards the shed doors? Will water run off and flood a low spot? Lots to think about
I just added 80 new sites to my campground, don't over think it.. it's pretty simple.. my lots are 45 wide and 200 feet long.. big lots.. all water sites.. big beaches behind every lot.. stay 5 ft minium from the utilities with concrete and pour whatever size that fits your current trailer.. always add down the road.. just watch the sun for angle of your awning.. get rid of any tress near the camper, they'll just ruin the roof..use limestone instead of gravel if you can, much nicer..will hold the weight of your truck better..
Shy rock is a beautiful place. We drove out to check the park out to purchase a lot. I left several messages and email. Unfortunately, we never received any phone call nor email. Danielle NEVER go back with us. We are very disappointed
@@SuiteTravels Yes, she did reach out to me. We sent her an email back in 2/7/24 and several phone messages. She informed me she is the only person working. We loved the area and wish you both the best with your new site.

If you get a park model can you set it beside the 50 foot pad so you have it in front of the park model? It would make snow clearing easier and a nice spot to sit.
We could, but if we put a park model on the lot we'd probably put a large covered deck on the front.
Exciting
Yes it is! Have a great weekend.

Thanks Carolyn. We're pretty excited!
Beautiful lot!! Can't wait to see the end item. Is Shyrock going to be adding any more lots in the future?
Thanks. We're really happy with it. I believe there are two more phases in planning.
I can't wait to see it all develop..Feel better soon..
Thank you Trish. We're finally feeling better!
Take a drone shot print draw stake and caution tape. Lol
Actually....we tried that! We couldn't see the corners from the drone shot.

Boy, you two are becoming like zoo keepers with all the nature on and around your new lot!
LOL...there's a lot of wildlife in the area and we want to make it as natural as we can!
What state and where is this lot located? It sure looks inviting.
It is beautiful Barbara. It's in western Montana and we love it!
Alot of plotting things out depends on wind and weather.will the snow be blown towards the shed doors? Will water run off and flood a low spot? Lots to think about
Good video 😊 do they still have more large lost
Thanks Stephen. There are some lots still available on the back side of Phase 3 and not sure what the plans are for Phase 4.
Is that your brown shed in the back? Feel better ❤️🩹 kelly..
No, that's the neighbor's shed. She's finally getting better - thanks!
Are yall putting in a very high gym water system to save everything in the fire season
I hate talk text sometimes. I side GPM .
LOL...there are three wells in the area which will work for fire.
@@SuiteTravels kool. It looks so beautiful and peaceful there.
You keep saying Super C. Is that a hint bro?
LOL...no, not really Brian. We just want to be sure we have ALL our options available!

do you get the profits off the timber off the land
No, there really isn't much of a market for these pine trees and we're not going to take out too many.
❤️❤️❤️
Thanks my friend...you've got a whole circle of prayer warriors working for you!
Is your lot in bear country?
Yes it is! We love the wildlife in the area.
