Only when it officially comes out which nobody knows yet. But other custom maps are able to be played just fine with a repack

Does anybody know what that new perk does that has a cross like Jugernog? Is it a similar health-boosting effect that stacks on top of regular jug?

It allows you to start health regen immediately, no delay
