And who uses that smallest spoon to scoop it in each cup. Come on! Piping bags? Place in freezer 1st for a bit for some stiffness like frosting. Invester care if u make them money not ur race. If they sell 100% ok what they produce, which they said they don't Bec it melts, they would make less than $2,000 a day at $5 a piece which doesn't even cover costs and expenses. The model is terrible and after all these years to still produce that few a day and not go to a big facility to mass produce is sickening and why they won't get a money. Just look. Piping bag is actually not a good idea. The key factor you’re trying to control is temperature. Using a piping bag and putting your warm hands on the ice cream will melt it. When ice cream is melted and refreezes it causes ice crystals.

The fact that they're packing these cups so slowly using these tiny spoons, in a shared kitchen, and setting up at local street events, makes it OBVIOUS why no investor is going to give them $3 MILLION. They can use the money from the sales they're making for a very easily obtainable small loan to buy a restaurant space which would have everything they're looking for, at probably under the $100k they have now. If they take over a turnkey operation, that price includes existing equipment, worktables, displays, maybe even a pre-existing customer base. Then they can stay at it for a few years to prove that they actually have the sales growth and scaleable production capacity to become a multi million dollar company.
