    Ingredients:
    pointed gourd/potol/parwal - 250g
    prawns - 20
    freshly peeled coconut - 2tsp
    yellow mustard seeds - 2tsp
    black mustard seeds - 2tsp
    poppy seeds - 1tsp
    green chilli - 4
    turmeric - 1/4tsp
    salt as per taste
    besan(gram flour) - 2tbsp
    thread
    mustard oil for frying
    Method:
    wipe and peel the pointed gourd/potol/parwal. Make a slit in it and scoop out all the seeds.
    paste yellow, black mustard seeds, peeled coconut and green chillies. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric and salt in this paste. Add all the prawns and 3 tsp mustard oil in it.
    stuffed the pointed gourds (potol/parwal) with the mixture. Seal the opening side with besan (gram flour) mixture and thread.
    heat 4 tbsp mustard oil. When oil is hot fry all the pointed gourd in medium flame
    serve it with steam rice and green chillies
