This was my first shmup and as a five year old dummy with an NES I was not ready for the right-to-left scrolling and the loop-the-loop mechanic. Level one annihilated me and I never rented it again.
I’d imagine that being this is an arcade-style game that level 27 is the point where the boards begin to repeat, so there’s really nothing new for the player or viewer to see.
