Both sky conntroler stopped working cart do anything new batteries just nothing only red light after 1 and 3 and nothing

Press and hold and 7 and 9,wait for the light on the remote to flash, and then start again with the 1 and 3

Yes you can have one Bluetooth and one infa red. So yes, one touch remote, and one buttons remote

Hi, I just got a new Panasonic tv and the picture is not as sharp as it could be looks really grey pale and kind of foggy, I’ve tried adjusting the settings but makes no difference, I have a sky q box and a blu ray with surround sound , can you suggest anything for enhancing the colour and picture quality please?

Beemer Beys Productions Thanks for replying, yes the dish is mine and I installed the brand new tv on Monday so it’s just been since installation that colour quality is poor, I’ve ordered a new 4K HDMI cable to see if it makes a difference, should I replace existing sky cable with new one or use it in addition to what’s already there? @@karen9480 Hi, the Sky ones are pretty good. Try another port for hdmi on the tv, and try another cable for hdmi if you have in your house to eliminate issue with the cable before you buy a new one.

John Thorpe look at the back of your TV, make a note of the model number. In the remote setup, enter that model number. Normally Panasonic is 1664, but some models differ
