The 2 NC games were tough, but Chuck Long and Kevin Wilson were timid in those games. LSU's defense was legit though.

Mike James noooo go back and look at the stats from the 2013 sooners. We had 3 different qbs that year and were very inconsistent till we got hot late. This team had the most offensive talent in the country with clemson the only team that has an argument about that and the defense got alot better as they got healthier and more experience. 2 totally different teams.

Power 5 conference records so far this Bowl season: ACC: 8-3, Big XII: 4-2, SEC: 6-6, PAC 12: 3-3, B10: 3-7 People like to shit on the Big XII, but outside of USC and Washington, the PAC 12 has been pretty mediocre this year (Colorado got smashed by Oklahoma State) and the B10 is having an abysmal bowl season (granted, Penn State vs. USC could have gone either way). As for the SEC, I think their mediocre bowl record can be overlooked because they have hands down the best team in college football for the last couple of seasons.
