Thank you for all your content! Im actually applying to PA school this cycle and I’ve really enjoyed learning from you since discovering your Chanel!
Hi! I’m not a doctor but I have had this procedure done after mastectomy to reconstruct my breasts. It was called a DIEP flap procedure and they took the fat from my abdomen and, while keeping the blood supply intact, moved the fat to my chest. It required a specialized team and 12 hours, but it’s definitely possible!
I had that procedure done a year ago. They did liposuction on my thighs, 'cleaned' the fat (separate it from the blood etc.) And then injected it into my breasts. It does work, but the results are limited compared to breast augmentation with implants. You can only go up half to one cup size in one go. As far as I know, the risks are much smaller than with a BBL - IF you have it done by a professional who 100% knows what they are doing.
He warns of BBL done by unqualified or shady practicioners. If a surgeon accidently injects fat into a blood vessel, they could cause a lethal embolism. This risk exists with almost every surgery but exponentially increases if the person doing it isn't a real plastic surgeon.

This is the second time he posts about this and just like last time, it does not always add up... He did add a disclaimer this time that genetics (your parents) accounted for only part of your height, did you get that part?
There is a biological phenomenon called hybrid vigor. Two different sets of genes when combined can lead to more vigorous offspring. So you got a lucky ticket in the genetic lottery. (Zoology degree here)
Yeah, the height math wouldn't have worked for my family. We siblings are all adults now. I'm a chick and there's nearly a 3 inch difference between my sister and myself. Our brothers range 2 to 4 inches taller than me, so I guess you could say that part maybe works a little
But you and your sister might have had different environmental elements at play growing up, like amount/quality of sleep, exercise, nutrition, etc., to cause that difference in height 🤷🏼♂️
I guess the math is just a rough estimation. I'm sure there are more complicated genetic and environmental factors that influence height. I got terrible sleep as a child because I was intensely afraid of the dark, but ate a pretty nutritious diet. My Dad is 6'0'' and my mom is 5'3'', so I should be about 5'5'' but I am 5'10'', and I'm a girl, lol. The closest I've ever come to an energy drink is a simple soda. Due to my meds, I have to watch my heart rate on a regular basis. My meds actually have the potential to cause heart issues, so I'm very careful about what I drink. I don't even drink coffee. Also, the master muscles for my jaw were extremely overdeveloped due to lockjaw. We're talking 2 to 3 times the size they should've been. I had the choice of either continuing to suffer the lockjaw and risk, severe damage, or taking Botox. I took the Botox. It's completely cured my lockjaw issue, although I still do have a bad jaw clenching habit. As a result, I'm typically carrying my night guard with me at work. I also plan to get one that has the front area cut off so I can wear it at work without anyone seeing it.
If you don't mind my asking, did the lockjaw result from a tetanus infection? I've always been warned about why you need tetanus shots (and have had a few), but haven't actually met someone who had lockjaw from it.
@@melrachelm nope! Just overactive muscles that caused me to clench my jaw at night when asleep. These days, I have the Botox and I use the night guard that came with my bridges. Never had tetanus. I get my shots for whatever the doctor says is needed for my age.
1:10 now now... if the talks about video games he should mention game types as well. The math equation for height was accurate. I am 5’6 and that is what I got doing the mom + dad height decided and then subtracted. I’m going to do mine and my boyfriends to see if we can predict our daughters. Will come back here to this comment in 13 years to let you know 😂
I'm not sure if massage helps to lift face but i use copper roller with spikes but not sharp like needles and each time i used it i noticed that my face looks better especially on pictures its slimmer and smooth. The height calculation was definitely not correct. My father is 6'7" and my mother is 5'6". I'm 6'2". My husband is 6'5" and our two boys are 6'7" and 6'6". I'd say our heights are 100% hereditary.
Hi, would you be able to provide me with a study that states, cold reducing inflammation? I have been working on a study related to this topic and I was not able to find any supporting literature for this claim, and I even found studies proving, that cold stuff has no effect on inflammation… weird I know
ye i was thinking this doesn't add up when my mom is over 170 cm and my dad is ofc even taller (idk how tall he really is but one of his brothers is over 2 meters tall, one is close to 2 and my dad is maybe between 180-190 cm i would say). And I'm 163, shortest in our family even when counting cousins and uncles (my mom and dad only have brothers, and 2 out of 3 aunts that married into the family are really short but their 4 daughters are still taller than me by a bunch xD) or well, my grandma is matching with me rn xD
*stares in sleep disorders* yeah no. If that was the case, every hypersomniac would be super tall. Also, the sugar free energy drinks is the main reason many of us are conscious during the day. Even with meds.
I sometimes put cold cucumber on my eyes because they feel dry (I don’t know how to explain it) it’s easier to put an eye drop but I didn’t have back then
The energy drink thing…is it true that the taurine in some of these drinks, when consumed too much, can cause blood clots? A friend of mine told me that her doctor said that was a factor in her blood clot developing. I don’t drink energy drinks, but curious if what she said is correct.
That calculation thing is total bs. My dad is 6'2", my mom is 5'8", which would put my/my sister's estimate at 6'0.5". But I'm 6'3" (2.5" over) and my sister is 5'5" (7.5" under).
I can definitely attest to the fact that energy drinks are bad for you. My husband’s coworker used to drink nothing but those nasty things at work every day, all day. He had a stroke at 32 because of it. Now he’s in a wheelchair and can’t do much of anything anymore. Still think all that caffeine is good for you? I’m also going to try that green tea and potato thing… I’m calling you out if I still have dark circles, doc 😂
I wish Dr Youn could do a video on how to relieve myofacial pain disfunction syndrome, if there is some way of massaging the face to relieve it, i also suffer with fibromyalgia 😢
I believe abusing energy drinks really causes cancer or more specifically Leukemia on some people because of "chronic" excessive oxidative stress but the brain stroke will get you there first more often that not.
The dancing type video games can definitely be classified as a workout and burn calories, like DDR or Just Dance. But sitting on the couch just holding a remote controller playing that way won’t burn all that much. It’s the equivalent of sitting in the couch watching tv.

I'm kinda surprised that playing video games burns literally no more calories than the basic metabolic rate though, I assumed it should be slightly more from experiencing intense emotions and rapid movements sometimes (not significantly for your health more, just slightly more).

And if I calculated that right that comes out as 5'4" too lol. I don't think even if he was weight lifting that he gunna be any taller LMFAO 😂😂😂
It doesn’t matter how tall your son is, what’s important is how he sees himself. Self confidence can make you tall inside.
@@joanhoffman3702 🤣
@@joanhoffman3702 yeah you are 100% right and thankfully my son is very confident, he is very loud , sometimes acts like a nut , but nothing embarrasses him and he is very confident in himself. His dad is the same way... despite being short they are extremely confident and I'm glad he is.
@@brittyvegas9482 My partner went to a specialist as a kid and was told he will be 5'6 or 5'7. His mom is 5'5 and his dad is 5'7. He grew to 6'2. Btw, it's his father.. lol. They look very much alike. Just make sure he is very active throughout his growing years and gets enough sleep (Human Growth Hormone). Stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and leading an inactive lifestyle can stunt a child's growth (from experience).
Soong as he's healthy
Scary games, quick time events, fighting games, timed games... all of these will burn more calories due to stress and adrenaline being rised.
In easy words: Any change in your heart rate will increase your fat burning for a short period of time.
The math equation for height was accurate. I am 5’6 and that is what I got doing the mom + dad height decided and then subtracted. I’m going to do mine and my boyfriends to see if we can predict our daughters. Will come back here to this comment in 13 years to let you know 😂
I guess that first guy fell for the modern liar that is internet articles made by random internet experts.
15:40 wait! what do we do with the coconit water? I saved it for later...
That facial massage is the same one we use to do at Origins for mini facials with the firming cream.
I'm not sure if massage helps to lift face but i use copper roller with spikes but not sharp like needles and each time i used it i noticed that my face looks better especially on pictures its slimmer and smooth. Roller is also antibacterial so it helps with all pimples. I tried to used gua sha also but don't know if i used it well 😄
Yes I can lose weight from playing video game if I wish so..........Depends if I am so focused I forget to eat for 2 days. Lost 5kg in 2 weeks once...
I of course after being done with the game went back to regular diet, but yeah LOL I wish it worked.
Is he wearing eyeliner?? I swear he's got eyeliner. If so then the lines are literally perfect and it's barely noticeable wow!! If not then he's got amazingly dark water lines naturally
Eubie Blake smoked and drank and lived to 80 or 90 something. He was happy. Happy helps you live longer. Genetics play a huge part.
The height calculation was definitely not correct. My father is 6'7" and my mother is 5'6". I'm 6'2". My husband is 6'5" and our two boys are 6'7" and 6'6". I'd say our heights are 100% hereditary.
5:40 cup of warm coffe is what I am thinking about right now.
And I'm 163, shortest in our family even when counting cousins and uncles (my mom and dad only have brothers, and 2 out of 3 aunts that married into the family are really short but their 4 daughters are still taller than me by a bunch xD) or well, my grandma is matching with me rn xD
a decent smile combined with nice teeth and SMILE WRINKLES look quite attractive on some people imo

Ah man, that sucks. How long ago did he have the stroke?
No, no one forgets to wash their hands after doing a poop! I can't... I just can't.
I’ve been drinking energy drinks damn near all my life, yes I put water in the mix… just let me have this one thing!! 😂
How can i reach you doctor i want explain to you about my experience with a bad filler I had on my face 😢
For acne panolxyl soap and witch hazel rinse
It's so funny saying "nasolabial folds" around anyone who doesn't know that's what they're called.
I wish Dr Youn could do a video on how to relieve myofacial pain disfunction syndrome, if there is some way of massaging the face to relieve it, i also suffer with fibromyalgia 😢
Guess I'm gonna have a breakout. 🤣😅
I'm literally watching this video while waiting for my smoothie bowl to thaw out ironically enough
Dr Youn, you should have mentioned that things such as the irestore LLLT do not work for everyone that has androgenic alopecia... I am far from being a lost cause for this kind of treatment like Doctor Ricky is and it definitely did nothing for me...
Now how you know he ain't wash his hands before running all over his face 😂😂to funny you be having me hollin w backhanded jokes I haven't heard no Dr. Brown jokes 😂😂😂😂
(mum) 5'6" + (dad) 5'4"=(me) 5'10"....Now starting to wonder how much did I sleep as a kid? lol
My (fraternal twin) sister’s taller than both our parents too! My mom’s 5’5 and my dad’s 5’6, while my sister’s nearly 5’7. The height prediction was accurate for me though.
Regarding height, not true. My both parents are same height 5,7'' and as a woman, I am also 5,7'', slept a lot though.
the audio of your mic is peaking at -3 decibels which is good (quite compressed which is slightly less) , at minute 7:52 your ad is -10 db that is not good at all.
i would not make the difference more than 1,5 db.
Green tea is half amount of caffeine compared to regular tea
But some green tea has even less
Depending on the brand
I was about to get the Gua sadly I can’t change my face and I don’t like the way it looks sometimes
I love ur videos tho, very informative n funny
does your product also work on a darker skin color
Dr Youn what do rec amend for rocasha???
Me sitting here drinking my energy drink
The 70s song, put the lime in the coconut and mix it all up. Comes to mind when he was blending up the coconut
My resting metabollic rate is over 2200 even though I am not a sport type. I am not even exercising too much.
Could I be at risk with diabetes or is it coping mechanism for my body?
i was told everything can basically cause cancer/has something cancerious in it to some extent
I mean, being alive burns calories, so saying that X burned calories makes is always true. I'm kinda surprised that playing video games burns literally no more calories than the basic metabolic rate though, I assumed it should be slightly more from experiencing intense emotions and rapid movements sometimes (not significantly for your health more, just slightly more).
As a teenager, way back in the early 80s, I put toothpaste on pimples to make them come to a head and be able to pop it.
Watching this just shortened my life gees
Dr Youn, what are your views on face yoga?
I'm allergic to peanuts... I can confirm that peanut butter would not be conducive to increasing my life span 😂😂
The spoon on the eyes dose work hehe in high school that’s how I got my Hicks’s out of my neck as a 30 year old now looking back it makes me laugh
My uncle ate a hot dog, slipped into a coma, and died a month later.
My aunt said they were on their deck dancing, and grilling hot dogs. She said everything was ok, they were laughing and having fun. An hour after eating the hot dog, he started to have a severe headache, when they got to the hospital, his blood pressure was extremely high. He soon fell into a coma, and passed. I haven't had a hot dog since.
I miss him so much, he is so loved and missed.
Everything you do makes you burn calories.
Because whatever you do you still exist. But if you eat the calories you burned, you’ll not lose weight.
As someone who chews gum constantly and was just referred to a TMJ clinic I can confirm lmao
my fav Doctor 💜💜💜
