Can I ask the reason for replacing? I’m having an issue with off and on loud static that doesn’t change with volume adjustment and speakers going in and out.
@@mattparker7985 i think we just need to get a new amp. I’m going with a refurbished one probably so it won’t have any mounting issues. They don’t run too high but my music quality has gotten worse over time
If I replace the factory speakers with aftermarket speakers in the doors, and hook the to the factory connections. Could I run the wires from the factory amp to an aftermarket amp? Instead of running new wires for the speakers.

same!!! it’ll sometime just play sound out of the front speakers.

My mkx stereo is stuck on max volume but no sound. Wonder if this is something that I could try

It was out of a wrecked vehicle for a customer's car
