There's a reason I adorned their likeness all over my silly truck. It's pure love. Yannis is perhaps one of the most talented vocalists in the world. The guys on guitar can freaking shred. Bassist is a a rock. And the drummer is probably the most entertaining thing to watch. Most of all, it's just fun as hell.
Glad I found another banger that you liked. Yannis Papadopoulous has an incredible range. He is from Greece, the rest of the band members are from Finland and Hungary. I love the song as it is, but taste is different and very personal so I don't mind you sharing your honest opinion.
The song is great! One thing I’ll point out when I share this live, is vocally he went the opposite direction than most, most singers start low and go high. Yannis started high, came down lower, and ended higher… that is a bold move and I think it paid off. The keyboard patch, honestly, is me being nit picky. Before listening to this song, I listened to Ayreon and an instrumental arrangement, both of which are incredibly specific with their instruments. It would be very cool to hear other ideas in the arrangement, if for nothing else than shits and giggles, however this group is very different than Ayreon and an orchestra, and their use of the keys is most likely more connected to their genre than anything else. It certainly did not ruin the song for me
@@DavidBraileyLive Ayreon is different, for me it's a class of its own. So I get it when you've listend to this complicated and yet perfectly performed music that everything that comes after doesn't sound perfect. I need to introduce you to more Ayreon. I am happy that you did enjoy the song though. The band deserves way more recognition.

Hehehe that's not his whole range... Try 'Zodd The Immortal', from the same album!
