From a Pile of Rust to a Working Tool: Hummer Restoration

I’ve found a couple of old tools buried in farm fields in similar condition of your hammer heads. I absolutely hate the dirt plus caked on rust! I find it’s easier to actually hammer the brittle rust off then move to wire brushes or chemical baths. Great job though! Final product is really nice.

I like a nice "hummer" restoration too, its a dying art ;)

Now I try to restore a ww2 lighter. I think it will be rather nice)
