Been trying to turn it off but it shows me that it was on every time I refresh (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) my boomer brain cannot handle this. So I have never made a commentary video before, but after my followers notified me about this channel tracing and copying a drawing I did of Facebook as a girl, and kept deleting my comments, I decided to spend hours making one out of pure spite. (jk im not really that angry, mostly shocked, moderately annoyed and slightly amused)

Hello, Real Life Talk has apologised and deleted the video. They tried to make me apologise as well for ‘persecuting them to such bullying’ when in reality what I did was make a call out video because they deleted my comments trying to reason with them and refused to reach out/respond to me and deal with it privately. Honestly I’m just glad the videos are gone. I will admit though that I feel like I could have done a better job in telling people not to be so harsh to them, so I will keep that in mind next time, especially since I have a bigger audience now compared to when I first made that video.
Thank you for the people who commented and spread awareness about the situation. However as I’ve said previously, I do not encourage going too far. The comments I saw were all crediting me and calling them out for tracing in one way or another, but I don’t doubt that some people may have been way too harsh.
Since they seem like they won’t make the same mistake again, let’s just let it go. Good luck to Real Life Talk for whatever they plan to do in the future for their channel, and I hope they learned from their mistakes.

The sad thing about this is that I highly doubt you’ll be able to get these taken down. Big story time “animated” RUclips channels like this one are like always protected by RUclips for some reason and there’s nothing you can do to stop their awful and insulting content.
She could get it taken down. If she reports it, she could say that shes the original owner of the content they copyrighted. Theres an option saying that it infringes her rights. Also, she can apply for a copyright infringement notice.

This is why I HATE these animated storytime videos with a passion. All they do is make clickbait, and fake videos. Plus, they are salty about everything. One time, a RUclipsr called Kubz Scouts reacted to a My story animated video and even though he was pausing the video a lot to talk and he was talking over the audio, yet they accused him of trying to steal their videos and not giving them credit, when he always gave them credit. I would totally understand your point if the person tracing it was an *independent* new story time animater, but the thing is they’re not, they’re fake stories with voice actors. There are a lot of channels like this on RUclips for example my story animated, actually happened and more they steal or make up stories and animate it in a bad design even if this was an actual girls story she doesnt get to draw it. The channel draws the story but i doubt its an actual story with an actual person and not a voice actor

I get tracing if you can’t draw body parts or you like a certain drawing style. I personally like the Bruce Timm style of 2D characters and I use references a lot or trace over parts I can’t do myself. But that is ridiculous they didn’t even change the colors or outfit.
yea im pretty sure tracing is helpful for newer artists but im pretty sure you cant post it without crediting the owner or getting permission from the owner, but if you dont have permission its best not to post it online

yeah, I trace sometimes, but only to show it to my friends. if i'm posting anything I try to be 100% original, or use copywrite free images.

When someone takes something from you or does something to you, you don’t throw a big pity fit and insult them and expect things to get better.
And as a friend/ fan of someone who has something taken from or done to them, you don’t simply switch onto kill mode and attack the offender. Especially if the person who was originally hurt didn’t ask for your “help”.
Attacking this girl does not improve the situation at all, and instead of being hateful towards her- wether she’s wrong or not, try and be mature, and make the right move in the situation. Be the one to make things better. Hate never solved any problem.
