I think I understood that paragraph. My interpretation to "if an employee admits their having enough of an emotional breakdown moment they admit about suicidal thoughts they are fired immediately." That is the company thinking 100% about its liability for itself and how it may have knowingly been the cause from its job environment. Sad thing is without a ton of money to threaten them with a lawsuit to change their ways they win.
@@dragonsword7370 I will admit I'm not 100% sure that was the meaning but it was stated in such an offhanded way that the possibility of interpretation and the fact that he was just a single sentence statement quickly thrown out there can easily lead you down that road and to be fair some of the stuff the company's done I could see it

You made my day good sir!!!! “Suck it the fuck up.”
Bahahhahaha
The end was clever….. didn’t see that coming
I'd say he hit that nail right on the head, great good my man 😂
"We don't care for each other, but we like each other.." that is construction work summed up in a phrase
You got it backwards, 3:43. " We don't like each other, but we care for each other."
That “have to go try that with my wife” had me in stitches :))))))
"we dont like each other, but we care for each other" I mean, hes got a point.
saftey man had me in the first half, aint gonna lie
I was just falsely accused of sexual harassment at work today. The fact that its actually mens mental health month is absolutely hilarious to me right now.
Yeah crazy people use that as a weapon. Find the person and sue them. They will back down in a hurry. Nothing says "get off of me" like a civil lawsuit.
Let get beer queso and tacos, now that’s a month of awareness I can support!!
“…. Punch the time clock with a .45….” I’m dyin’!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dude that was spot on. Toolbox meeting during pride month was hilarious. I had a bf when pride month started nobody cared, after the first meeting I had to actually talk about my sexual orientation and it was tear jerking.
Wtf🤷🏻♂️that seems a bit much right??!! That's terribly embarrassing for some........and ur answer to the question of ur sexual preference was "ur mom"??!!
I’m gay and I would have told them to take a short leap off a tall cliff. My personal life is not the companies business.
@@phillipmargrave Exactly, it runined some of my relations with co-workers since they couldnt handle the fact that im normal and had a bf. plus they didnt want to know if I did either. Really didnt feel like sharing but I couldnt stop laughing when I did.
@@baalof you are pure evil. you had me in the first half ngl XD
I'm sure tears weren't the only thing jerked at that meetjng.
This was a master class in comedy ! Well played sir, well played. I mean this is some GOAT dave chappel level stuff here.
ricky just gave us a new meaning for lgbtq. i like it better.
"We don't like each other but we care for each other"😂 great line!
Boss Man is 100% correct.
I'm part of the community, but holy shit it's such a marketing scheme and it's disappointing.
It's super fuckin trivializing lol
I'm pretty certain that being black during "Black history/appreciation month" is the same experience. I still want those Lockheed-Martin rainbow pride socks damn't.
@@dragonsword7370 WAIT LOCKHEED PRIDE SOCKS BRO?
This one is gold! Awesome job!
"I love Let's Get Beer, Tacos, and Quesadillas month."
I mean... that sounds like a *fantastic* way to celebrate pride month.
With a Corona for beer, it’s Mexican Pride month 😂😂
What is there to be proud about?
100% with you on that.
@@adamschrader328 highest suicide rate out of any other group coupled with the biggest egos ever? It's kinda impressive really.
🤣🤣😭😭😂😂
My sides are splitting.
Pablo your drive to lunch today!!
I needed this thx.
God bless
"We don't like each other, but we care for each other!!!" - damn right. Everyone goes home safe.
One thing u can count on for a gay co worker, either a. Work space will be organized, b. They will bring or invite you over for their home cooking/baking, c. They will know more alcoholic beverages than you and will recommend what would be best for you. And the men's mental health, hammer and nail my guy.
That's where you're wrong. I can't cook for shit and my work truck looks like a bomb went off
@@Austin23191 🤣🤣🤣
Well fuck man. Gays be just like the rest of us, who f***en knew hahaha. Cheers man this made my day!
@@Austin23191 but do you know your alcohol?
@@Austin23191 made me spit out my drink with that one! 🤣😂🤣
@@Austin23191 Keep up the good work brother!
Now I want some tacos 🌮 for dinner and quesadilla's 😁. Ricky is such a genius 👍🤘
"I almost lost it there... ya see, ya see what im talking about" and the look killed me
IM GLAD YOU DID THIS. I lost a brother and a dear friend that lived on my families farm due to women telling them to kill themselves and they did. Both times I was almost there driving and two times I heard the sound ( gun shot )and chills fill your body and tears are coming out of your eyes before you can even react. People need to stop being mean and men have feelings too. You can't bring them back and the pain some of these people cause is horrible.
As the Alphabet People Ambassador to the Great State of Arkansas I must say this was great 🏳️🌈 We appreciate the 11 month cycle checkin by your company and we look forward to your mental health awareness updates as the month continues. Stay Healthy, Wealthy, and WISE! #LetsGetBeerTacosQuesadillas
Arkansas, born and raised.
I thought yall was algebra people now with the pluses and what not
@@Neighbor-assistantYN is it bad that I want to gtfo california for Arknsas or ANY state that isn't new york, california, washington, illinois, colorado, etc?
Yeah Californian here, can't stand the fact that the people here would vote themselves out a house and home and meals for entire months at a time if it meant that their feelings remained unhurt >.>
The phrase "alphabet people" or "algebra people" is an insult.. it's like saying somebody with autism is just missing a piece of their puzzle which is why they don't think and act like normal people.. just say LGBTQ or gay.
@@spectre2466 once they stop adding new letters and symbols, maybe I'll bother with remembering their acronym. Until then, well, if saying that's a slur I guess there's no harm in saying worse ones.
Ricky is right. Ricky is right. He also should’ve ended with, ‘Fuck your safety meeting!’
Lol hit the nail on the head. Got a note (not a discipline) that I missed 12 days in the last year. Including covid sick days, days missed due to brother passing away. And more.
But don't come to work sick. Or unable to work
I'll be damned if this ain't about the truest thing I've ever seen. Been many a times I've stayed late on a site just to hang out with guys after I got divorced. Might not always like each other but we do care. After all you spend more time with the guys at work than your own family a lot of the time. Spot on.
So touching and beautiful, I shed a tear in my lunch beer😢
R.I.P. Safety Man. You were making great progress on the job site, but on the homefront you fucked up with the reverse psychology on the wife. The law can't prove she did you in but we all know it. Thanks for the fun times and attempting (and failing miserably might i add) to keep us all safe!
Chances are it worked. Women have a need to be right about everything. It's very easy to play on that. I've been doing it for almost 20 yrs now.
Reverse psychology on women is stupid easy. The people that have a hard time using it are insecure and the undisciplined.
I just found this channel by chance when an old vid was on my recommended feed. This is the single most funniest shit I have ever seen. I'm calling "Ricky for Prez 2024". lol
“Let’s get big tacos and quesadillas” That is brilliant! Funniest thing I’ve heard all day. Thanks.
lmao safety man was the one who got his ass torn into this time. Good to see the man knocked down a peg after all the shit hes done.
You are just flat out funny. Thanks for making my day.
Being Mr. mom for the last 6 months, I have to say you get me that bs fuck around at work feel every time I watch a clip. Keep it good and F these gas prices I still ain't going electric 😀
"I almost lost it....you see....you see it" Bro this is freakin hilarious!! Keep'em comin!!!
Nobody cared after I graduated, no-one except my mother asked me if I was ok, ever. And now she is dead.
This hits home for me my older brother is going through some mental health stuff we're at a loss on how to help
"we dont like each other, but we care about each other." Thats about every place I've ever worked.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣out of control I needed a good laugh thanks Ricky & Roscoe
Safety man is starting to take his first baby steps in the Dark-Side!!! Ain't it cute!!!!
Absolutely spot on and hilarious. I shared with everyone on the crew.
Hit the nail on the head with that mental health bit. If I don't get my yearly compliment, there's gon' be some problems
I'm STILL WAITING FOR STRAIGHT-HETERO/MONTH!!!
WHY DON'T WE HAVE A WHOLE MONTH TO CONGRATULATE THE STRAIGHT PEOPLE???
I agree with you 100%. Unsubscribing to this dude's channel, I've noticed that he leans a lot to the left.
Never had that experience while my 12 year career in industrial. As a bisexual that was okay by me. Dealt with those who gave a damn about who I slept with and then those who didn’t. The ones who made decisions didn’t bother me. Although when I had my partner come out to middle of nowhere from back home gossip ensued around deep east TX. That being said I didn’t bother explaining myself to anyone even those who on their own accord came up to me at work and asked me and I said that has nothing to do with work but they assured me they had my back if anyone decided to make an issue out of it. 🤷🏻♂️ said “I appreciate that but lets get back to work”. Then again some jobs others threatened to lynch me and they found out by those friends for those threats against me. It happens lets be real but youre spot on about companies only using it for cover. Anyways love your videos I get a laugh out of it and most others don’t understand it as I transitioned into consulting but it sure does remind me of the good times just sitting on iron or slugging it through the rain overnight pulling in distributor (utility) cables off a giant spool 🧵 truck or reaming rigid pipe (pun intended). Hell someone just asked me why I had a hard hat hook and a job box still in my truck and I said it is always good to have a trade never know if it hits the fan and you need work always stay prepared. Stay safe out there and keep on keeping on yall are the back bone of our infrastructure and manufacturing without y’all in construction and energy none of this is possible I know it and yall do too. Shout out to my fellow ⚡️out there
I agree I dont care who people sleep with or what they call themselves
Only the safety man can be right, yet so wrong at the same time!
almost choked on my soda at that last line brilliant
That’s cool. Keep private life separate from work
I watch out for the guys I'm working with because my safety depends on them and their safety depends on me unfortunately our safety guy sees a differently
No truer words ever spoken... Boss man!!!!!
I have to admit the mental health stuff came together beautifully at the end.
Uh... Safety Man, I would highly discourage you from trying that on your wife. It won't go well.
Danger, Safety Man, Danger!
Ello! Love Ricky, he’s always funny.
🔥unreal, I just get can’t enuff of these videos, really makes my day man.. Ricky abd Rosco are always right on🔥👊🔥🏍⚙️🔨. Need a video a day boss🤔
"Let's get beer tacos and quesadillas" had me rolling. I thought he was gonna say "Liberty, guns beer and trump"
I thought it meant “let’s get Brandon to quit”
Dammit man 🤣🥰 I LOVE that one!! And Brandon definitely needs to quit! Quit effing up our country!!!
So Damn motivational and to fuckin funny to boot
Bro the punch line killed it fuckin right🤣🤣🤣 safety man gonna figure out some to make em act right ... some how😂
U are on GOD mode with this one bro!... 🤣😂🤣😂
This was really wholesome I love it
Safetyman! I don't ordinarily root for you, but you went above and beyond the call of duty today. All that's going to go out the window by lunch, but at least for the next few hours, you can feel good that you took the W.
I like let's get beer tacos and quesadillas month too Ricky. just can't have beer yet
"Let's get beer tacos and quesadillas month!" Oh I'm stealing that because it's my exact altitude that whole month
you know even those safety man did it in reverse psychology way he does bring up a good point about how companies don't seem to really care about employees mental health and even men especially sometimes. at the company I work at which I won't name because my broke ass definitely can't be getting sued by a multi-billion dollar company, I made one of those typical innocuous statement followed up by I'd kill myself jokes you know just one of those dumb goofing around with someone like or if the bucks lose the game this weekend I'll kill myself I know it's not the best type of joke but it's meant to be ridiculous but I was told by one of my management team that I didn't need to be making jokes like that because stuff like that could get me fired now if he meant making fun of suicide would get you fired I understand but he was saying if I give them reason to think I was actually suicidal I'd be fired which I immediately in my head thought what's a really good way to push someone who's suicidal over the edge oh right telling them that if they try to come to you about being suicidal or give hints then you'll fire them for it
I think I understood that paragraph.
@@dragonsword7370 I will admit I'm not 100% sure that was the meaning but it was stated in such an offhanded way that the possibility of interpretation and the fact that he was just a single sentence statement quickly thrown out there can easily lead you down that road and to be fair some of the stuff the company's done I could see it
Why do you no longer make videos at your place of work?
They won’t let me
Excellent my man. Everything spot on. This just might be your best.
Thought the same thing on June 1st when I pulled into the Refinery and there was a sign saying happy pride month. Come July 1st shit is gone
