for change in any colours just click on the colours which ever u want then click on add to custom colours

I designed my crystal and did my settings in bonds section and export cif file but after opening my file some bonds do not appear can give me a guidance about this ?? And also the volume of my unit cell is increased in cif file that I saved so I can not see a single unit cell..
