    LiveExercise Hi, I have just started following your videos for Resistance band workout. I just wish to know how much time it generally takes to develop good traps (like what we call here Collar). I don't want to go overboard with monster traps. I would just like to know how much time it takes. Thanks

      It depends on five things - genetics, training, age, diet and if you intend to take steroids.

    hi blake,
    i think there are some flaws in this get-up. i dont like just the one-foot on the band, and the bend that you have. i think a much better way to do this is to get in a seated position, with the band or bands underneath your butt. and then just grab the bands themselves. this way exactly mimics a seated bench press. can the bands be grabbed on the ends ? or should you always use handles or ankle straps ?

      Yes. I think it's called a Z Press wit dumbells. I thought the same thing!
