Hawaiian Anabolic pizza should be super easy. Either use canadian bacon or if you want to level up, use roasted pork tenderloin. Everything else stays the same. Low calorie marinara, fat free cheese.

“Peer reviewed studies” are actually the scientific standard. Passing peer review means a lot of people have been able to replicate your results whether they like you or not.
Recommendation: cover the cheese with a small amount of cooking spray. It doesn't take a lot and it goes a long way to making the fat-free cheese melt and blister like real cheese. Maybe spray the inside of the bag for two seconds and toss the cheese inside.

This is great! I used egg whites & egg white protein powder to make the crust so even more protein. I like it spicy so I use Sweet Baby Ray’s hot sauce & save the fat free ranch to drizzle on each piece as I eat it. Great recipe!

Good thing about eating spicy foods is you typically drink more. The more you drink (obviously 0 calorie), the more full you’ll feel. For people like me who are perpetually dehydrated, that’s a plus along with the satiety.
Made it in a 12 in springform pan. Need to try a smaller one. I liked it the second day after being in the fridge overnight more than fresh. I’ll make it again.

keto diet is amazing for weight loss if you want to pee a bunch of water weight out. for fat loss it does nothing really, only fat loss is done by calorie deficit

Yes, all you have to do is figure out what your daily caloric need is and then fit the diet to it. Don't really have to worry about macros, everything has plenty of protein.
Made this with 4 lavish flat breads, two pans with two fb stacked on each other. Franks red was WAY overkill. Id recommend half a batch of the sauce, it was overkill.
