Guillermo, what are the cases in which Vercel might not make sense though? Which cases could you personally imagine where one might be better off without it, doing things DIY style? I would like to see you talk about both sides of the coin.

As a guy who loves the Web and created a platform around it he should asap. stop wearing those outdated Apple EarPods and start supporting pro web companies. The fact that the browser didn't become the default place to distribute apps is a crime.
He should also stop quoting Steve, who hated the open web.
