- I prepared a crispy and savory fried seaweed roll recipe.
You can use the leftover foods :)
Material
4 seaweeds
A handful of glass noodles
A little carrot
A little green onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Frying powder (1 cup of paper cup + 3 tablespoons)
Cooking oil

I did not know we can fry the seaweed. This recipe is new to me. Thank you for giving me an idea. These glass noodles you are using is my favorite. Whenever I make noodles this is what i am using. I just like the texture. That fried seaweed with noodles turned out so good and sound so crunchy my friend. That you for this great recipe.
If you haven't tried this yet, I highly recommend !!
This is upgrade version of fried glass noodles...so savory and has great texture :)
