You will grow all you need to grow inside my spine And then take what you need to take, what's yours is mine And then just give all you want of it to some new thing I'll stay here, the provider of that constant sting they call love They call love You will drain all you need to drain out of me All the colors have washed away, no more rosy sheen Not just a pale isolated shallow water place Oh what a place I call myself I call myself Oh love all you need to love before it goes When your face becomes a stranger's I don't know You will never remember who I was to you Carried in the womb I'm called mother I'm called mother They're called home They're called home They're called They're called Mothers Mothers Give all you need to give And sometimes they won't take what they need to take The strangest chemical reaction Inside of her brain, no she's not the same No she's not the same No she's not the same
i believe the song is about how mothers are supposed to be the ones to ease the pain, but in the song its talking about how the mother is causing all of the pain. I think we could all interrupt it differently
@@FNaFVlogs OHHH SO THAT'S IT im not a English fluent so i tough the song was about how a mother have to carry with her child on the pregnancy and then the child grow up and the mother and the child don't recognize each other's anymore something like that 😂
If you look up the lyrics, it's pretty explicitly about motherhood. Sacrificing your health and your resources for your child. Giving up pretty much everything else for a child, who will often take those things for granted as they grow up into a different person, and grow away from you. The last section is "And sometimes they won't take what they need to take The strangest chemical reaction Inside of her brain, no she's not the same No she's not the same No she's not the same" Which is very explicitly about how mothers literally have it in their biology to neglect themselves for their children, dropping everything that was before.
Lucca see o agree with our interpretation besides for that last bit, which I think is about the inescapable cycle of rifts between mothers and daughters, and that since the relationship is defined by a pain and sharing the child will never truly understand, she will outgrow then and have pain beyond them, because she's not the same.
I think it could mean many differently things, personally I believe more like with what Lucca has said. I think it is sorta about motherhood in general and having to give so much of yourself into somebody else who may not recognize that, until their older at least
You will grow all you need to grow inside my spine
And then take what you need to take, what's yours is mine
And then just give all you want of it to some new thing
I'll stay here, the provider of that constant sting they call love
They call love
You will drain all you need to drain out of me
All the colors have washed away, no more rosy sheen
Not just a pale isolated shallow water place
Oh what a place I call myself
I call myself
Oh love all you need to love before it goes
When your face becomes a stranger's I don't know
You will never remember who I was to you
Carried in the womb
I'm called mother
I'm called mother
They're called home
They're called home
They're called
They're called
Mothers
Mothers
Give all you need to give
And sometimes they won't take what they need to take
The strangest chemical reaction
Inside of her brain, no she's not the same
No she's not the same
No she's not the same
