the anime is not a kids show. It's very dark, disturbing and mature. The director even questioned why the studio put it on Kids Station. It did run 1:00 a.m. so kids wouldn't watch it, but still...
@scorpioninth actually, in the manga, d.grayman got quite confusing when the story progressed past the anime... Well it was confusing for me anyways, and he forgot serial experiments lain and hellgirl :P
