SWIM:
Novice participants will take on a 400m (16 pool lengths) challenge, while the sprint athletes will tackle a 750m (30 pool lengths) swim. Dive into the Montrose Swimming Pool and show off your aquatic prowess.
BIKE:
Gear up for the bike leg, where both the novice and sprint events share an exciting route. Covering a distance of 12km for novices and 20km for sprinters, the course will take you on an exhilarating journey. Sprint participants will complete 2 laps, including a left turn in Ferryden to head back up Craig Road before returning to the Sports Centre.
RUN:
Strap on your running shoes for the final leg of the race. The 5km run awaits both novice and sprint participants, as they conquer two laps along the beautiful beachfront. Feel the adrenaline rush as you push yourself to the finish line.
PRIZES:
The excitement doesn't end with the race. The organisers have incredible prizes waiting for the top performers in each event. Be ready to celebrate as there are awards the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both the Open and Female categories. Join us at the finish area after the last participant crosses the line, weather permitting.
