I LOVE that y’all used a regular degular empty glass to roll the dough. I mean no one prolly gives a crap about that but I love that y’all up-cycled and gave the jar another use lol thanks for that. Great recipes!!

I made this today! Its amazing. We have quorn roast over here which was our go to as vegetarians but when switching over to vegan a lot of our go to products were ruled out. This was amazing and so simple! Thank you so much 💓
You should check out the Bobs Red Mill factory store in Milwaukee OR, just south of Portland. The factory tour is fun and they have a restaurant w vegan breakfast.
I'm not vegan yet.... trying to go plant based at my own pace, but am finding it hard! I DO love seitan and think it is fabulous as a meat alternative. You can be so creative with it! Glad you added the white beans. I always add either beans or tofu to the wet ingredients. Makes for a great texture. Would love to share with you a pic of my vegan briskett!
Oh my gosh! I made a turkey seitan roast last year, only difference was I used a boiled potato instead of the beans (and didn’t stuff it) from a Vegan As Fork recipe. It was out of this world. Your recipe takes it to a “whole nother level”!!! Absolutely stunning and I know it will be absolutely delicious. Thanks guys. Yep, no more Field Roasts for me either 😃. Love the happy dance 😉.

This looks good, just like a Gardein or Tofurkey roast. I would make it, but when I go to the store, there is never vital wheat gluten with the Bob's Red Mill products. I guess only vegans and bakers use it maybe. It is probably so much cheaper to make your own roast. The packaged ones are like $15 any more.
