Especially Brazil, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, Colombia, Martinique, Suriname, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Guadeloupe, Barbados and Saint Lucia have great African Presence.
Its the same instrument. From the mountains of the moon to Angola use this instrument. Exactly the same. Now Afro Brazilians took it with them to Brazil :)
