What version of Windows is installed on your laptop that works well? Currently, I have a blue screen error problem for the graphic card.

Hey bro, just i wonder that; if we do restart like this, it just remove C drive(ssd)(windows) or remove both drive C (ssd) and D (hdd) ?
what if i format it using bootble usb? is there any chance to bring it back to original OS?
I search to reboot from starting mode, not windows :/ please, can you help me
