Between st James Baptist church and the prison ❤ I lived on oak street til I was 12 and it was the best time of my life. I always said, once my kids are grown and out of the house, I’m moving back to WV. Maybe not Welch lol but I do miss the country living 🥹🥰 So nostalgic ❤️

Looks like Granite stone foundation, not just Block. Much nicer, very strong and stable foundation. Superb property..

Hi you didn't say what you were selling it for. I was the first African American to work for USSteel no
9 mines and I lived on court street for about a year then I moved into an apartment which was on the road by grace. Do you know who use to live in that house. I'm racking my brains trying to figure out where it is. I love that location and I'm old fashion I love the house. I have land in pageton where I was thinking about putting log houses on it for riders. When I'm visiting my sister they ride Elkhorn mountain. Yaw seem nice let me know ok

We lived in WV for 17 years before moving to Las Vegas. My wife got rich from Cryptocurrency and she just had to waste money on an unnecessarily large house in Vegas that we really don’t need. I like Vegas too but nothing beats the outdoors of WV though.

I hate the trail system. It destroyed my home. The trail system doesn't benefit people that have lived here all our lives. No benefit what so ever! Just another problem to deal with, another headache, another lie from politicians. This trail system was conceived in the alignment pit of Cline Ford sales in Gilbert, WV. I wish it never existed.

Beautiful home! I love WV and am just 'down the road' in NC. I wish I was ready to buy but waiting for the property market to tank in 2025. Good time for you guys to sell, for sure, or you'll be reducing your price another 10-20%.

What 100 thousand. Nothing in Welch any more. It use to be a bustling area when I left in 79 but I came back a few years later I felt like crying. The dams broke washed everything away. Maybe 100 then but not now that's too much
